It was right in the centre of Pisa and you can walk everywhere. Very clean hotel and excellent breakfast. When we were there, we travelled to Florence and Venice as well by train from Pisa for a day to both places.
Located in a quiet street but close to everything there is to be near as a tourist in Pisa for a short visit. Simple but comfortable room. Nice roof terrace with view of the tower. Ample breakfast. Bar if you want to take a coffee...More
Arriving on a darkening evening the road did look a bit tired and old, but then Pisa IS old and we have to remember this. The best way to arrive from the airport is by taxi, cost about 12.00 - 15.00.

Sorry for the delay in answering. We went for 3 nights and it was ideal. Pisa is quite small so you would still have time to go to Florence for a day or Lucca as we did. The airport is right on the edge of the city. Can't remember the exact price but 10 - 20 Euros rings a bell. We just followed the signs inside the airport. The hotel gave us a lift back to the airport or they will ring you a taxi. Top tip - go early to the Tower before the coach parties arrived. No queues and not too busy.
