The Bad: 1) Windows have no screens, and mosquitoes WILL come in your room. You need to open the windows, no doubt. 2) The room key slot to turn on the lights, is VERY loose. Sometimes you have put the key in five times till it "catches." And the lights keep going off by themselves. When you're in the bathroom,...

Dear Mjcturk, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. Consistently good in terms of service, facilities and great food too. I have stayed here many times now and it is still as good as ever. Good sized rooms, nice and clean. They have fixed the previous problems and the wifi now works great. I will be back.

We have just come back from a week end in Pisa with some friends. Since we were arriving late on Saturday night, we chose this place as it was not far from the motorway and they offered us an excellent rate. The welcome was very friendly despite being late at night. The rooms are modern and perfectly equipped for a...

The whole family liked this hotel. It was comfortable and quirky with great design features. We had adjoining rooms which were brightly decorated with large bathrooms and huge beds. Staff were friendly and we all enjoyed breakfast. Definitely recommended.

I do wonder how you can get permission to build a hotel like this in a place like Pisa. The exterior of the hotel is angular with large areas of (presumably) glass and white and grey plastic. It is in a style not remotely like the neighbourhood. This theme continues in the public areas, where the false ceilings are white...

Hotel is located in a neighborhood which makes it nice and quiet, which is great after a few days in busy Rome or Florence. Breakfast was great, lots of local trays and fresh baked pastries. Cool roof top lounge next to bar, with artificial turf for fun feel. Modern look and basically brand new hotel. Cheers

Stayed there just one night and found everything to be good. Reception and welcome is pleasant and efficient. Rooms a fraction on small side and TV ( cleverly built into a mirror) was on the small side. However, room spotlessly clean. Wifi was good. Breakfast had a good selection. Overall not a great hotel but at the prices, very good...

Ultra modern (almost seemed green) hotel. It almost felt as though it was an office building that had been converted to a hotel. Clear elevators and when you exited, a bit of a maze trying to find your room. Have to enter another set off doorways before entering your room. We were laughing trying to figure out how to turn...

Big room & futuristic interior. But I don't like the dark style bathroom. Room & bathroom amenity : standard (soap, shampoo, hair dryer) Too many heavy doors, one adjacent to another, made it really hard to move big luggages, especially when you come with group. Roof garden is cute, but be careful the door is one way, only can be...
