An incredibly rewarding place, the view over the valley, lovely soft wines and above all the family were so hospitable we didn't want to leave. Their four course dinner showcased the farms organic produce, with family seating you felt as though you were part of the family.

My family and I visited Fattoria Poggio Alloro in August of 2014 and we blessed enough to return to Tuscany this year with friends. We brought them here for the wine tasting and tour since our daughters enjoyed seeing the cows and other farm animals do much the first time. Since we were staying unwary for the Easter break we...

Went here as part of honeymoon, it is a gem in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. While the accommodation is basic, 3 star maximum, the food and wine makes up for it. Dinner is a communal affair with many courses, all delicious and served with the wine and olive oil produced at the farm. You can go on a tour of...

Highly recommended. Simple but tasty and authentic. Very generous wine tasting, and enjoyed all the wine we tried. All products are home grown and organic. After lunch enjoyed the wonderful views and visited their small shop onsite.

This winery is fantastic. Not only it has great wines but also an authentic Tuscan restaurant. We had dinner with friends. Set menu all types of wines included. The Chianina t-bone was perfect. Great food all round. Big roaring fire place great atmosphere.

If you visit Tuscany, you have to visit Fattoria Poggio Alloro and the city San Gimignano. My husband and I have said we will go back and stay here a week, not one day. Sarah's family is amazing. The food, the wine, the farm; all organic. The views are breath taking. The city truly takes you back in time. Make...

We visited Poggio Alloro for lunch as part of a day tour in Tuscany and our expectations were not high given the number of people there at the same time. But the service, food and wine were very good and plentiful right through to the Vin santo and cantucci to finish. The grounds of the farm and views out over...

I cannot tell you how truly amazing this farm was and what a privilege and a pleasure it was to stay here! Our hostess, Sarah, (part of the family that owns this farm) and her staff were incredible. The accommodations were simple but accommodating. The food was out of this world. Everywhere you looked it was so beautiful...from the vineyards...

I have no interest in wine or vineyards. I know, it's shocking. I was surprised to find myself interested in the tour of Fattoria Poggio Alloro. I enjoyed hearing about the olive harvests and seeing the trees. The property was beautiful. I had lunch . I have a medical condition that severely limits my food choices. The staff was accommodating....

Fattoria Poggio Alloro, the Fiorini family's agriturismo, was truly a magical experience! Prior to arriving at the farm, my husband and I had purchased a copy of Sarah Fiorini's cookbook: A Family Farm in Tuscany. Although we already had a glimpse of paradise, words cannot possibly describe the beauty we encountered upon arriving at the farm---rolling Tuscan hills overlooking the...
