I spent an amazing weekend in this fabulous place. The location is perfect: located in the spectacular countryside and really close to the city center as well (have a car is the best thing even though you can move with public transports!). The view of Siena is unique, the room incredibly designed, comfortable and cozy! Elisa and Gianni welcomed us... More

Our stay at Santa 10 was by far the best of our 2 weeks holidays. The lemon house is incredible: big, amazing vibes, charming, cosy, relaxing, and the location, in the middle of the vinyard and olive trees, but only 10min from Siena is just perfect. Every piece of furniture fits perfectly with the rest. Gianni and Elisa are also... More

We really enjoyed our short stay here - it’s a short journey (10 min walk and 5 min bus ride) from Siena, so needless to say it has breathtaking views from whichever window you’re closest to. We visited Siena several times of course, but also took a nice bike ride in the surrounding countryside. The room had lots of space,... More

We stayed in the Lemmon House for four nights during a 6 week trip to Europe. After a hectic few weeks it was a wonderful place to relax with views of Siena and Tuscan countryside, pool to escape the heat, delicious organic wine and lovely hosts who went above and beyond to help us organise getting to Rome after our... Stayed here for three nights. Despite a mix up on my part, and only booking two nights, they were very accommodating. We did not see the owners on our trip but stayed in the Lemmon House which was amazing. Loved everything about Santa10. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been a kettle. Apart from... More

Just back from a 6 night day at Santa 10 - we stayed an extra night as we were having such a fantastic time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We stayed in the Lemon House with our two children - 9 & 12. The Lemon house is stylish and artistically furnished - very relaxing place to hang out... More

We had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at Santa 10 in April. If only we could have stayed longer! It was the most relaxing, enjoyable place we stayed in all of Italy. Santa 10 is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. This was a real agriturismo, a working vineyard, with a delightful, hospitable family to host us. Gianni and Elisa are... More

I have to admit this. We were for a second considering keeping this place a secret because the place is so unique. But then again - the owners, Elisa and Gianni, are the most sharing and nice people. The lemon house, where we stayed, is carefully and tastefully restored, the surrounding vine and olive fields are breathtaking (and the wine... More

We decided to spend our honeymoon at Santa10 in order to explore Tuscany very easily. The room was very cozy with a spacious bathroom (large rain shower) and wonderful view over Siena. The swimming pool (again with the same wonderful view over Siena) provided a nice refreshment after a visit to Siena or another Tuscan town. When we have the... More

The villa is more beautiful than the pictures you will see, it is quiet and has spectacular views. The location is exactly as stated, easy to locate by car, or take a taxi from the train station. To get to the heart of the city, you walk downhill 10 minutes and catch a 5 minute bus ride. We did both,... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Santa Regina is a small farm with a surface of eight hectares of land around two buildings with a sighting tower dating back to 1000 AD just outside Siena. We produce oil and wine.We ended up renovating our very small farm in the spring of 2009, where we live since 1996. At the moment we offer one double room with bathroom and view on Siena, that we love, a homemade breakfast and the usage of our swimming pool. We offer an appartment too, the old house of lemmon trees with a big room, a bathroom and a kitchen.Weddings in the open air are welcome in our farmyard. We also have some addresses to suggest you if you look for something different from what we offer you or if you like to change. Addresses of places created and managed with care, like we believe we have done as well. We are 4, or better 5. Gianni is an accountant, a yachtsman, and a farmer who is jealous of his tractor, he is quite and meditative. Elisa is a chatty mathematician, always in ferment. Tommaso and Teresa are our sons. They are 14 and 10 years old. Tommaso is curious, lazy, ironic... Teresa is lively, sharp, curious... Finally, Macchia, she is a docile and affectionate Golden Retriever. ... more   less
