We had the quadruple room which was simple and comfortable enough but not very large. It suited our needs well. We booked well in advance so there's a 20% discount, otherwise it would have been quite expensive. The breakfast is really great, not just a continental breakfast as in other hotels. There's no problem with parking since there's a lot...

I stayed in this hotel for a few nights on a recent trip to Siena. Super easy to reach via the escalator system from the train station. Easily walkable to the historic town - about 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simply wonderful, especially if one is a vegan (everything is marked for you!). Extremely clean...

We stayed at this hotel 1 night while we were in Siena. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and were happy to give us maps and advice on where to go. There is about a 15 minute walk to the City walls, but we did not find this a problem. The rooms were clean and modern, with nice furnishings...

This is a lovely hotel and lived up to all my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed here for a week and without fail the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and cheerful - from the receptionists to the breakfast room staff to the cleaners. Dear Anne222, what a lovely review! Many thanks. Just to be honest, bathroom size depends on the kind of room chosen, those of the standard ones are smaller, so it’s possible other guests wrote something about that. I’m very concerned about the glasses matter. I’m sure there was a misunderstanding. It’s true, what we put in the room are plastic...

I had reservations about this hotel as I had read mixed reviews about it. However, when we arrived my friend and I quickly dismissed all our fears. The lobby staff were absolutely wonderful - they were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much for them. My friend lost her luggage and they were more than helpful with providing things for...

The Hotel Italia was a great find and we ended up staying five nights.
