My friends and I had a great stay in residenzia san domenico in siena. The room was spacious and nice and the bathroom was very modern and clean. Since we were four people, two slept on a sort of pull-out couch-bed, which was not that comfortable. Otherwise we were completley happy with our choice of residence :)

Spacious and generously furnished these rooms were a surprised by joy experience. Definitely authentic centre of religious life from days gone by. Well worth the stay. The view of the cathedral that filled the window was a bonus!

Located extremely close to San Domenico, as well as the hugely convenient Piazza Gramsci (loads of buses pick-up and drop-off here), this hotel/B&B is seriously amazing. We are a young couple, traveling on a budget and not only did we want to stay within the Siena walls but also near the area I used to live in. Residenza San Domenico...

But for a few minor issues with one of our rooms we enjoyed our stay at Residenza San Domenico. We drove to Siena and navigating to the hotel was a challenge. They do not have parking so we had to get a free spot in the lot opposite the fortress about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The other...

The only negative thing about my stay at this amazing inn was not booking more than one night. My cousin and I had just arrived from Vernazza taking three trains and a cab, and were exhausted from travel. We knew we had arrived the moment we entered from the street...this place has real character. The lady who registered us was...

We chose San Domenico because of its location and we had stayed there before. On our previous visit it was just self catering and frankly it was not a lot different this time. If you are expecting a real B & B with fresh breakfast served every morning you will be disappointed. Breakfast consists of a selection of packaged items...

I got dropped off by the taxi and couldn't see where the hotel was but after waking down the street and speaking to another hotel he advised to check out the buzzers and that I'm not the only person to not know that the hotel is behind these massive wooden doors! Stayed for 4 nights and the location is brilliant...

We stayed at the San Domenico for three nights. Siena is an amazing city and is not to be missed. While the location of this hotel is great, they desperately need to remodel their bathrooms. The bathroom flooded multiple times and it made it terrible to shower. Our friends stayed down the hall and had the exact same issues. While...

We were an easy walk from the bus station, and the two main attractions for us, the Duomo of Siena and the gigantic Piazza Il Campo. We wanted to see them by day and by night. Little did we know that one of the most breathtaking views of the beautiful Duomo would be from our hotel window. Daniella and Claudio...

My huisband and I atyed there for 2 nights on our honeymoon. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view from our room was beautiful! There is an espresso maker in your room for coffee in the morning. There is also a "kitchenette" in one of the closets, which was nice. We were able to make dinner and a good...
