Great location and great service! Small, few rooms, feels very personal. Tucked away on a small Siena street, Steps away from all that Siena has to offer. Four poster bed, felt like a bit of history in the room. A few blocks to the square or Duomo, plenty of great trattorias or pizzerias only minutes away. Even two laundries nearby...

It was a great surprise to stay at Antica Residenza Cicogna. It is a beautiful house. People who work there are so helpful and make us feel as we are at home. It is well located and easy to go to the most important tourist attractions.

Our most recent trip to Italy included seven nights in Siena. There are several days worth of excellent historical sites within the city itself, but, we thought it would also make a good home base for exploring the surrounding hill towns of Tuscany. Before coming to Siena, my wife and I debated whether it would be better to 1) stay...

We recently took our own tour of Italy. Siena was in the middle of our trip. The ladies at Antica Residenza Cicogna know how to be gracious hosts. They have everything worked out for easing your visit. The old building, conveniently located in the the old section, has been refurbished and well maintained without loosing its character. It was comfortable...

This place was amazing. Elisa is a fabulous host. A small B&B in a great location. Elisa connected frequently to make sure she would be there when we arrived in Siena. She recommended several great restaurants near-by. She does all the little things that make B&B stays different from hotels. Can't wait to return.

Recently stayed here whilst my daughter started University in Siena. Well located, only 5 minutes walk from the Campo, surrounded by some wonderful restaurants. The hotel is family run and friendly, the owners prepare the buffet breakfast in the morning, and are there to answer any questions. Spotlessly clean and charmingly furnished rooms, we had a very comfortable stay.

We stayed for 2 nights here while we were in Siena and we were very happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful making sure we had everything we needed and information about Siena. The hotel is fairly simple but very comfortable and nice. The location is great with just a couple minute walk to Il campo and close to...

Stayed at Antica Residenza Cicogna for two nights, spring 2016, and had a good experience. Rate seemed very reasonable; room was small but comfortable, and the building is old and charming. Good service--we were arriving after hours and one of the managers stayed up for us and was proactive (in a helpful way) in confirming our travel details. The breakfast...

It is in a wonderful building in a central location. The room was simple but comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly - giving good recomendations for where to eat. What stood out was that it was reasonably priced. Siena is such a magic place and it enhanced our stay that we felt we had value for money...
