This is monastic-styled comfort; the room looked as though Pope Francis was coming to visit. It is plain, humble, quiet, and comfortable - all we really need in a hotel The room was a decent size with a good bed and linens. The staff were kind and helpful. It is located right next to one of the great escalators you...

Small hotel, very well situated for getting into the city centre of Perugia. Communication prior to our stay was great, and check in was easy and very friendly. The room was warm, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed including a kettle. The reception staff gave us great advice on where to eat and drink in Perugia, and even...

The location so close to the old town is the big advantage. It is a 2 star Hotel and that's it. A bit noisy, some kind of a breakfast, clean room, decent bed and if you arrive by car a parking spot next to the hotel. That's it, nothing to add!

We had an apartment on the ground floor, with an outside entrance to the street, a kitchen big enough to hold a small single bed at the far end, large bedroom with lots of cupboard and shelf space and a small but modern bathroom - plenty of hot water and pressure. Everything is white and looks spotless. The wi-fi connection...

Hotel Rosalba is a very cosy little hotel with the most amazing owners!!! They were very friendly and we had the most warm welcome! There was a free safe parking place just outside the hotel, and the escalators that leads to the historical centre were right next door. We had a triple room which was big enough with a beautiful...

The Hotel Rosalba is a small hotel just outside the castle walls, a couple of minutes by escalator to Plaza Italia. We had five very comfortable nights and I am happy to recommend this hotel. In summary the room was clean and comfortable. Francesco and the other staff were excellent and the breakfast was varied and very good. We had...

The Rosalba is perfectly located so you walk a few steps and into n escalator System through the mountain to the city centre. Takes. Just a few minutes! I would recommend a taxi if arriving by train though as its not on the mini metro line and it IS up the hill; like everything in Perugia. The three men on...

The ground floor apartment we stayed was excellent value, self contained, modern inside and spacious. The location is perfect, with no need to cross the road for access to the medieval town, as escalators and a little walking will take you through the lower parts of an impressive fortification. The management are very helpful and friendly. The site is like...

We spent two days with the family in this hotel and we were very satisfied: the rooms are nice, the receipt clerks are friendly and the location is perfect. It's a very small albergo with only 10 rooms! There is no elevator, but the air conditioning and also the wifi worked well. The reception closes at 20pm, so notify if...
