I stopped one night here having booked a single room. I had a couple of helpful mail messages telling me how to find the place. On arrival I was offered a larger room with a terrace for an extra €10 but declined as I was on my own and staying just one night. My room was small, with an excellent...

Dear Maxtonmike, thank you for your stay and your nice review! I'd just like to specify that the "mast" on the building close to the hotel is the old radio antenna of Carabinieri (not phone)...surely it is not a nice view, but not dangerous at all! Kindest regards, Mario

Stayed for a week, and every day the bedmaking and cleaning fairy returned our bijou double room back to its spotlessly clean state. We were always greeted on reception whether we were coming or going by very helpful freindly people. We decided not to have breakfast as the position of the hotel means you can walk to many bars in...

Dear FuerteBabe, thank you so much for your stay and your nice review! I'm sorry you had trouble for the shuttle bus... for sure the driver confused Hotel Signa with another hotel close to the Botanical Gardens. Kindest regards, Mario

Mr. Signa and his staff make you feel very welcome in this family-run hotel. They offered me a personalised breakfast when I told them I was a vegan. They are litterally 24/7 at your disposal and always very friendly. The location is perfect for a visit to Perugia: just outside the historic centre, close enough but calmer. The rooms are...

I loved this place! The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. I requested an electric fan by email in advance and it was in my room when I arrived. Location is very convenient and there are great bars and pizzarie nearby. The room was small but the big, convenient wardrobe compensated. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and...

We booked through booking.com. Signa has a very good location for exploring the older parts of the city on foot. On arrival we were taken to see three differing rooms and were able to make our choice of what suited best and offered us the finest Umbrian views. Took lots of photos of the landscapes from our room. Throughout our...

We stayed for 2 nights in November. We had booked the hotel thru booking.com which indicated that our room may have a balcony. However, when we arrived we were told that there was no balcony rooms but that if we wanted a terrace for an additional 7 euros we could have one. That was the best 7 euros we have...

Very good hotel (and definitely is worth more stars). We had a very nice, quite spacious and very clean room. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. For the breakfast they offer only coffee and croissant but it was enough for us to start a day. Also it is in a good location.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 8 nights in November 2015. I stayed in the budget single room, which suited me for this trip. I did have the option to upgrade to a larger room, but, as this was a fairly last minute trip, the single room fitted my budget. The room is compact and has...

The hotel owner is really helpful. We were there during the chocolate festival and it was really difficult to find parking. He moved his car to let us park in his spot. Any problems that we encountered was quickly resolved. The hotel is basic but clean and in a good location.

Perfect location for sightseeing and access to roads around Umbria. Comfortable and clean room, nice terrace, very helpful staff. Parking is free of charge on nearby streets, but only subject to availability (which could be a problem). Very good price/performance ratio.
