This is a delightful B&B in the centre of old Perugia. We had a triple room with balcony overlooking the rooftops of the ancient city. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was quiet, spacious, comfortable king-size bed (plus another single which we did not use), clean and good-sized bathroom (shower). Excellent breakfast with home-made cake, breads,...

No street number to help find the place, had to go to a bar and ask for directions to discover the property was next door Intercom didn't work Very dark inside stairway, owner showing me how to open the lock and I told her I couldn't see because it was so dark, she said 'I know' and that was that!...

Alle Naiadi is a lovely, cozy B&B in beautiful Perugia, situated right in the historical center .The hosts, Paola and Catarina, are very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and nicely decorated, with all kinds of personal touches, so you really feel like staying in a friends'home. The breakfast is very good, with home made cakes and great coffee....

Paola and Catarina are the perfect hosts in this lovely Bed and Breakfast. Stayed 3 nights and wish it were so many more. I rang the B&B doorbell and from the minute I heard Paola call down to me from her 3rd floor B&B window…”Ciao Mary” I knew I was in Italy and this was a very welcoming lady! I had my doubts about the accommodations, looking at the pictures on Booking.com; the B&B is decorated and cluttered far beyond my minimalistic sensibilities,...

very central location, 5 star friendliness of Paola the owner, ok breakfast, room big but climbing several steep stairs a bit cumbersome, toilet flushing/shredder system loud like a hurricane, bed hard like iron, TV small and antique: italian channels (mostly junk) and France 24 if reception not disturbed (frequently), room and bathroom lighting super dim. It´s a place for budget...

I just loved this place and it was absolutely the best accommodation i had during my 3 week long vacation in Italy, including 4 star hotels. First of all the B&B is in the heart of Perugia, at the best location in the city. Paola and Catarina are just delightful personalities and lovely hostesses. I could not have felt more...

I recommend travelers to stay in B&B Naiadi when staying in Perugia. It is very central and our room was cozy and clean. Paola welcomed us warmy and prepared a good breakfast for us in the following morning, including her "famous" delicious pies. Summing it all, Le Naiadi offers a convenient and cheap way to tour the beautiful capital of...

This B&B was in a good location and close to many shops. It's a cute little place; but noisy if you travel in the hot summer months. My room was on the side of the street. The window was open because the fan could not keep me cool. On the street, there is a bar which was quite frequented. Paola...
