We (2 families: 4 adults, 6 kids) stayed at the 170m² appartment on the top floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, large living room, 1 additional "chill room" for the girls, Wi-fi (most of the time, at least ;-), amazing view over the valley, swimming pool, BBQ, and a...

We stayed for several nights between Christmas and New Year's. As soon as we drove up the steep driveway we were very happy with our choice. Sergio was there to meet us and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. While it was foggy the evening we arrived, we woke up to beautiful views from our windows of...

The place is wonderful and the accomodation is amazing. An old house - this charming hamlet has been built in XI sec - with a wonderful suite in the last flat: 170 mq, wi-fi connected, 12 beds, two large baths and a comfortable kitchen with a chimnay. The view is amazing, at your window you can see the green hill...

Sergio's Castel was an excellent choice for us to celebrate my parents-in-law's 50th wedding anniversary. We were 3 families (17 people) altogether, including 9 kids aged 23 to 7. We stayed for 2 weeks and many times were happy to not go anywhere but to just enjoy the breathtaking views, the great room for dining or the pool and terraced...

We loved everything about our stay there. The only regret is that we did not book it for more days. It was everything promised and more. We were made feel welcome and at home. We loved being able to cook a full meal in our apartment and the pool was a god send for relaxing after a long day. I...

I stayed here for 10 days in June and enjoyed my stay very much. I didn't have the prettiest of the rooms as I arrived last on a crowded weekend but I enjoyed the hospitality of the owner, Sergio, very much. I visited here while my daughter was studying in Perugia and Sergio invited us to his house for supper...
