My wife and I along with another couple booked an overnight stay and golf at Bigwin Island months in advance and to say the 4 of us were looking forward to it would have been a big understatement! We are all golfers and the Island round was the main focus of our excitement. Long story short, the day we arrived...

This family-owned resort consists of a variety of single cottages and multi-unit buildings, all beautifully built and maintained. The lodge serves breakfast and delicious dinners, though many of the cottages and units have full kitchens for those who prefer to make their own meals. The lakefront is magnificent, with canoes, kayaks, trampoline rafts, children's waterside, and a beautiful beach. People...

Port Cunnnington Lodge is a really nice, quiet resort in Muskoka. It is that place you can quietly read, swim, boat and rest, and still be close enough to explore Algonquin Park. Such beauty here, honestly it is wonderful. We have friends that have been going almost every year for 20 years, since their eldest was a baby. We have...

It was my husband and I's first time in Muskoka and we had a great stay despite the weather being iffy on our second day. The amenities are great at Port Cunnington and it's a lovely, quiet resort that attracts a more mature crowd. We found the staff to be really pleasant and the service in the dining room was...

We loved the place from the first look! It was so peaceful and comfortable there. It was like time turn around and we return to our childhood: to feel the scent of herbs and hay, to swim in the lake and jump from trampoline and to be with your family :-) We had really great fun there!!! The restaurant was...

As frequent visitors to the area we have wanted to try Port Cunnington Lodge out for years and are glad that we finally made the opportunity to do so. Our one night stay was terrific. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional, our one bedroom suite was fully equipped and perfect for couples or a small family, and...

Attended the resort to attend a wedding. First of the grounds are immaculate. The front desk staff were friendly and check in was quick. There is a wide selection of units spread out thru the property. We had a 2 bedroom unit that was on the second floor. Nice balcony with a good view of the property and lake. The...

We recently had a 3 day stay at this wonderful Lodge. We combined our stay with golfing at Bigwin Island Golf Club. The accommodation (Boat House) was very nice...simple but spotless. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. The staff make you feel very welcome. The setting is peaceful and a true piece of Canadiana. It's a...

We enjoyed a family vacation at PCL last week, staying in the Great Horned Owl suites with our family of 12 - a perfect location for us! With lots of activities available, as well as a library and canoe/kayak rentals, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The restaurant offers a delicious dinner menu, and the lodge staff were helpful...
