Had a good stay at Basel Backpack. The wifi was only working downstairs when we were there. The beds are really comfortable (stayed in a dorm room) and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only around 15 minute walk into the centre and public transport close by.

Wow our family rooms were just stunning. We had our own balcony and stairs up to our two very luxurious rooms each with private bathroom. Our teens stayed in larger room with iMac, remotes controlled colour lighting displays and double bed with double sofa bed. We took the room with stylish leather chairs, large bathroom and double bed. The showers...

We stayed here for two nights in a privat room for two persons. The staff was very helpful and nice. We also got tickets for tram and busses that were valid for the whole time we stayed there. It was part of the deal. I recomend this hostel very much!

We loved this hostel! The staff were very friendly and even though we had orginally chosen a mixed dorm, we were switched into an all female one to make us feel more comfortable with no issues. The rooms are VERY spacious and the beds are super comfortable. A free travel card was included with our stay along with free lockers,...

Good hostel, 2 min walk to tram Station - with in 10 mins your in town. Hostel is about a 10minute walk from the main train station. You are given a free ticket for you to use to get around Basel. Hostel is clean.. Lockers in rooms. Kitchen. Light at the bed.

The hostel itself is really cool and good located, the staff was kind and helpful, they gave us great ideas what to do in Basel. The room was nice, the kitchen just as well. The top of the hostel was honestly the bathroom. I've never seen so nice showers in any hostel I've ever stayed in :D

Basel Backpack hostel is quite far (walking distance) from the Basel train station but the hostel is easily to be find. If you want to go around the city of Basel with public transportation (which is free) the bus/tram stop is just around the corner from the hostel entrance. The hostel is very hip with a hipster vibe of interior...

The hotel is located not far from the city center, but still in a pretty quiet area. The architecture of the complex is really cool, really loved it! The staff was nice and the room was clean and comfy. I actually came to Bale to visit the christmas market, I just had to take the tram for a few station...

the man working there is lovely. I loved the ambiente - a lot of plants and art and details in general. you can tell they're in it with heart. the location is nice as well, around 10 minutes to bahnhof by foot, but there's a Tram closeby as well. I would definitely visit again.

Good location, quite easy to find- theres a very cool hanging plant garden just before it. Staff were friendly and helpful recommending what to do in our short stay. It was clean and had the very basic of what you need which was fine. Good value.

Thank C P
