Excellent service. Hotel staff and management very helpful and courteous. Comfy and cozy rooms. Two minutes walk to city center and the Lake Geneva. Two minutes walk to train station, bus station and shopping centers. Will stay here during next visit for sure.

This hotel did exactly what it said on the tin. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff were polite and gave us some good recommendations for food and drinks. There was also a decent breakfast to help you start the day. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Geneva!

This was a lovely little hotel only 2 minute walk to the city and lake Geneva. It was around the corner from the bus and train station and also Downtown. Upon arrival the male staff member was very nice and helpful. Once checked in the gentleman gave us each a ticket for free public transport within Geneva. We didn't know...

Geneva has a wide range of hotels but this is my favourite mid-range establishment. It's small enough for personal service, and easy walking distance from both Cornavin station and the lakeside. The free wifi is fast and the cold buffet breakfast good. Guests get the usual free Geneva transport ticket and it's close to many bus routes.

Solid service and nice staff not 4 stars but great location and clean helpful and happy and close to the train station and tram service. Nothing to complain about and fair value for money. Not the Four Seasons but great.

The front desk attendants were very helpful, polite and really nice. There was a lot of renovation happening on the ground floor and they were very apologetic. The room itself was very simple but clean. The tv wasnt working and the room was very hot even without the heating on (so I had to open up the window but the...

Hotel des Alpes is perfectly located. If you arrive by train / airport train, it is only two minutes walking distance from the Cornavin station. And from the hotel, you can walk down to the lake in only a few minutes. Boats and buses are nearby. Another advantage is that it is very reasonably priced compared to many other hotels...

We have stayed in it for 2 nights, The staff gives an excellent service, anything we asked was answered positively the rooms are very nice and the facility was renovated so all is new, WIFI works very good. The location of it is perfect, its closed to train station and to the lake.

The reviews of this place had me a bit concerned, but since our priority was to be able to walk from the train station with our luggage to the hotel, we gave Hotel Des Alpes a chance. Indeed the location isn't the fanciest, and you're not right on the water (that would have cost 4x as much!), but the rooms...

One of the numerous hotels in the central area close to the train station. The location is excellent for travellers. There are many restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel is renovated. The rooms are nice and clean. Nothing fancy, but, utilitarian. They don't have a restaurant. Serve "cold" buffet breakfast. Adjacent to the Red Light District. Service is...
