We got a romantic weekend package with Ramada Solothurn including breakfast and spa access, everything worked and went well, breakfast was excellent, gluten free toast were available, with a view to the river. Cleanliness, service, location, everything met the standard of being a 4 stars hotel! And its in walking distance to everywhere you need to go in Solothurn. However,...

We didn't have in mind to spend that much, but when I compared the room rate of CHF 241, incl. of daily tourist fee (Kurtaxe), with room rates at traditional Swiss style hotels, we think we got a better deal. The breakfast buffet was better, eggs any style on demand free. Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful reeption staff. The...

I stayed at the Ramada Solothurn for a couple of nights on a business trip and really enjoyed my stay: everything worked well, including the shower, the rooms were lovely and, at least my room, had a great view of Solothurn. Ask for a river-facing room if available. From the hotel, it is a very easy stroll to the old,...

When I first saw the pictures of the Ramada, Solothurn, I decided that this was a hotel worth staying in and that Solothurn deserved more than a one-night stopover. I was pleased with my decision on both counts – Solothurn is a beautiful town worthy of exploration, and the Ramada is an impressive hotel. The hotel is in a convenient...

We stay at the Ramada when we are in Solothurn to visit the Restaurant Attisholz in Riedholz. Every time we have stayed, the rooms are clean, quiet, and the staff is pleasant. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet, but a bit small as expected in europe. The bed was very comfortable. Our room had a shower curtain that was...

We stayed here overnight and were very happy with our corner suite . There was a comfortable king size bed in a separate room.A large sofa bed and dining area had views out over the river to the old town beyond and there were two sinks with plenty of coffee and tea provided. The staff were delightful and helpful with...

Very good room and service. Great breakfasts; they're happy to make you coffee to order. Fabulous bar on the top floor with great views of the town. There is a nice running track along the river with some amazing views as the sun sets.

I have been staying at the Ramada for two weeks and still have another two weeks in the hotel. Overall, the staff is very friendly and speak English very well. The restaurant is nothing to brag about, but I have had worse. The room service claims it is open until 10pm, but really they mean 9:40. The wifi is surprisingly...
