My husband and I booked a corner room with balcony and we had an exquisite view of the Jungfrau. We had a sitting room with a refrigerator and desk and a separate bedroom. There is lots of closet space and unlike other hotels, we had plenty of outlets to charge our electronics.

The couple who run the hotel are warm and welcoming. The lobby is cozy and the location is central to all in Murren. There is also laundry right next door for 5 CHF per load (detergent is provided in the machine).

Breakfast was ample and a good start to the day. There’s fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, muesli and an assortment of breads with local butter and several choices of jam. Definitely try the honey with herbs to go with your cheese. All this with a nice cappuccino got us fueled to hike all the lovely trails in the vicinity.
For dinner, I tried the rosti which was delicious while my husband had the chicken piccata. Both were tasty.
All in all, a great choice for our vacation!

First of all, Murren is beautiful.

Staying at Hotel Bellevue is the icing on the cake. We are a family of 4 with kids 6 and 3 years old. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, called Bellevue. It was so much space for our family, very convenient and comfortable. Ruth was a great host and she was accommodating. Breakfast every morning was good- croissants, freshly baked bread, and my husband really loved the honey with herbs. Would have liked more hot breakfast options but it was nice anyway.

Our apartment had 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms had bunk beds, one room had a queen bed (2 single beds). We also had 2 bathrooms, a kitchen where we made our simple meals, and one night we had fondue. The hotel was close to coop where we did most of our grocery shopping. The location was perfect for family friendly hikes, especially the funicular that goes to Allmendhubel that has a scenic playground, and hike back to Murren.

We would love to come back and stay longer.

The stay at Hotel Bellevue in Murren was perfect as were the views from the room's balcony & the cool Alps weather. The hotel's staff is exceedingly welcoming & attentive & you are treated royally as their guest. Each morning v^begins with a bountiful breakfast of locally sourced products. In addition the meals in the hotel restaurant were exquisitely prepared & served. I would gladly return at any opportunity to experience the Bellevue's exceptional food again.

Equally charming is Murren, a car free Swiss mountain village nestled in the Alps. The ambience was perfect for a week of decompression & total relaxation. I truly hope to find an opportunity to experience the Hotel Bellevue again. It has a special place in my memory.

Nothing special. Room was a good size, but the bed was uncomfortable. Toilet paper and towels were scratchy. While the front desk staff tried, they have what they have, so the answer was "no" to anything we requested. Having only 1 room key was very inconvenient. Breakfast was decent with high quality baked goods and jams. I appreciated that they had non-dairy milk for cereal. There was also the typical meats and cheeses. You can cook your own hard boiled eggs, but sometimes the water isn't hot enough and guests mix up each others' eggs, so it's not that practical - particularly if you're on a time schedule. Breakfast doesn't start until 7:30. Dinner menu was unappealing, so we never took advantage of the terrace. Rooms 1 & 2 are on the lower level. View of rabbit pen, Drei Berge sign and mountains (see attached photos). Note that if you're staying in one of these two rooms, take the LOWER road from the train station when you arrive (not the upper road pointing to the Bellevue Hotel). If you take the upper road, it's a steep uphill climb, and then you need to carry your luggage back down a challenging and uneven outdoor stairway to get to the room. The approach from the lower road is much easier. I wish someone would have told us this before we arrived. It also would have been nice if they pointed out the room shutters and showed us how to work the room key.

Loved this hotel. The location is the best. It’s far enough from the train station where there is currently a lot of construction going on and very close to the Allmendhubel and Schilthorn trams. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony and fabulous view of the three peaks. The room was large with so much storage space that we were able to actually unpack and be comfortable for our six night stay. The bathroom was also large with a lot of counter space. Bed was comfortable and had a manual adjustment so you could sit up in bed and recline.
The included breakfast buffet was lovely. It had a variety of breads and croissants, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, meats and cheeses.
The owners and staff were so nice and helpful. They even have hiking poles that you can use,no charge. Housekeeping was great. Room was spotless.
The lobby is comfy, relaxing and decorated in a classic Swiss chalet style. The outside deck has incredible views. We ended up eating most of our dinners here, as we thought they had the best food with the most reasonable prices.

We could not have asked for a better hotel to explore this region. The Bellevue is cozy, perfect for families and has a great restaurant. We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The Bellevue has laundry facilities, a hearty breakfast is included and everyone at the hotel was so friendly. Highlyrecommend!

From the moment we arrived we had an excellent stay. Our room had been upgraded and we had amazing mountain views from the balconies. There was a good choice at breakfast and the restaurant food was delicious. We particularly recommend the wild boar, crusted lamb and venison ragout soup. There are many walks that you can start from the hotel but if you want something more leisurely then the cablecars and Allmendhubelbahn will get you up into the mountains with ease. Thank you to all the friendly staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

The Drei Berge is a fabulous hotel. The staff is probably the nicest, most friendly we have ever met at a hotel. They are sincerely happy to serve and put a smile on your face with every interaction. The rooms are very eclectic but high class. We came with our family of 5 in two rooms and both had very comfortable beds, nice hot showers, and luxury details like fancy toiletries and hot tea. We hope for the opportunity to return to this very special place.

Simple yet specious, clean room. Food was really great, especially breakfast variety was pleasing. Bathtub is very high for a short person like me and it needs a stool or something to safely get in and out. I'm not sure if he was the owner or not but the staff carried my suitcase and duffle bag in one hand riding on a bicycle from the station! That was super impressive.
The price was reasonable and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The newly renovated Drei Berge Hotel is a charming, sleek boutique hotel with just amazing views. The new owner has artfully decorated the interior in rich colors with a playful feel. The staff is efficient and welcoming. The cleanliness is impeccable. And the food! An expert Chef was hired and he has crafted a varied and delectable menu. We stayed 5 nights and couldn’t try everything we wanted to, which is unusual for us. This is a top notch establishment. If it had an elevator it would be 4 stars for sure. Oh and the sheets and towels were lovely too. And the VIEWS!
