We couldn't have asked for more at the Hotel Caprice. We stayed for three nights and wish we could've stayed longer. The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed. The view was spectacular. The people were extremely kind and helpful at the hotel. And we loved the food.

We stayed here for a week and paid for a room upgrade. The room was excellent and the views from our room were fantastic. All the staff were delightful, and the hotel is very well situated - an easy walk, even with luggage, from the station. Breakfasts were good, although after one week we would have liked something a little...

Very convenient location near RR station but with no noise and spectacular views from room balcony and terrace. The room was very comfortable, if a bit rustic. The hotel seemed understaffed but everyone worked very hard to give excellent service to everyone. The breakfast was very good and the dinners were excellent, including service.

The Friday night Sunset BBQ last night was great. The terrace must have the best evening view in Switzerland, actually possibly the whole world! The food was delicious: seared tuna, duck, entrecôte etc and the staff are so helpful. The sunset on the Jungfrau has to be seen to be believed.

It was our first time in Switzerland and after 2 nights in Lucerne, I was looking forward to heading over to the Bernese Oberland region, which I have read so much about. The beauty of the region was beyond my expectation and it was so much more beautiful than the pictures I saw online. When we arrived in Wengen, it...

Dinner was perfect, lovely views from dining room and amazing food, best I've had in many summer holidays in Switzerland. Very friendly service, especially as it was very early in the season and there were very few people dining.

We stayed four nights in the Lauberhorn suite. It was one of the only places I could find that had a room for two adults and two kids. It seems most places in Europe want you to book two rooms. The staff was great. The room was very clean and had great views of the mountains. Breakfast was great. It...

Due to bad weather and heavy snow most of the slopes were closed. We stayed in the hotel and waited for the storm to die out. The restaurant is of gourmet standard and seemed both posh and chill. The small crowd of guests spanned from professional norwegian alpine skiers and grey haired millionaires with their gold and their heiress. Anne...

Most of the rooms have balconies facing the Jungfrau and the changing mountain weather makes the scenery so exciting. You can hear the waterfalls in the valley below as well as overlooking the gardens below. All very Swiss and lovely chalets everywhere. The English Church in the town was really beautiful and a great service.

My wife and I came to Wengen in Switzerland for our honeymoon in June 1966 and were returning to see if it still held the same magic for us as it had then. Although not the same hotel we originally stayed in, this one was recommended to us by our travel agent, and she was dead right! We only had...
