We stayed at the Caprice from Christmas Eve to New Years Eve and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are excellent, the bar and lounge very cosy and the food and service superb. Franz and Brigitte did an excellent job making sure that all of needs (including my 8 year old son) were met. If you do not stay here,...

My wife and I stayed at The Caprice for a week over Xmas 2011, during which time we were married in nearby Interlaken. The manager Franz and his wife Bridget enhanced our wonderful week with their warmth of welcome and the superb service by the equally welcoming staff. We also met the owner and his family who were on their...

We had returned to Wengen after 20 years, having spent a day there that lingered in our memory. My husband had recently had knee surgery so even in a land where walking is the national sport, it was important that our hotel be close to town and transportation. The Hotel Caprice met our needs completely. A stone's throw from the...

This is the best thing we have ever done for Christmas. The hotel is small, beautiful, clean, warm and welcoming. The staff are superb and the food and location are out of this world. Franz and Brigitte are warm and welcoming and the barman and waitress we had were very patient (at least one of our teenagers could be described...

Franz and Brigitte do a great job in running the Caprice and it strikes a great balance between good hotel service and a hospitable personal touch. Sitting room and terrace very attractive and also feature the views. Five course evening meal...

This was a very nice little hotel. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is a short walk from the train station to the hotel. The view from our balconies was wonderful. We took a great hike in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked a Jungfrau view room for three nights in September. The room surpassed my high expectations. The view was incredible- extensive valley, the 4100 meter Jungfrau peek, and even a waterfall if you used binoculars. Our room was large and clean with a jet tub and nice balcony. We also had a small separate library. Franz was very welcoming...
