We came here for a friend's wedding, and had a great time: the hotel is big and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and so were the meals. We were there on winter, and I imagine it is a great hotel for ski lovers.

Stayed here for several days, had wonderful experience. Staff are very friendly, room is very comfortable. It feels like traveling back in time, the historic sensation can be found everywhere else. The sunny terrace is very relaxing. The paranoma restaurant is very good, even a regular tomato source pasta tastes better (though somewhat expensive, but it is Switzerland, so it...

I will remember every moment of my stay at this unique historic hotel which has recently starred in the film 'Youth' with Michael Caine. My husband and I chose to stay here as part of a wonderful holiday exploring Switzerland by rail. The journey up to the Schatzalp Hotel begins with a ride on the funicular Schatzalp Bahn which runs...

We've been on a two days conference with my colleague in Davos. The dinner in Schatzalp was excellent. Best catered food I've ever had. The staff is superb, kind and polite. Everything was organized therefore we had a fast service.

A typical well kept and clean Swiss hotel with a magnificent view, maybe the rooms would need to be upgraded but at this price you should provide tv. The staff at the reception were very helpful and caring.

This is probably the hardest review I've ever had to write. We spent a weekend at this historic hotel for a wedding. The rate was significantly reduced, which was in the end a great deal, since I believe the normal rate for our room 123 is around 500 CHF. I don't think its worth the normal rate, considering the brand...

We stayed in one of the three suites. It was fantastic. Nothing has changed at this hotel in over 100 years. All of the chips, worn, and wear an tear, give this place a special charm that can't be found anywhere else. We think if this place ever renovated to look perfect and pristine it would lose its charm. Location...

The best food in Davos, very friendly, attentive service, nostalgic artc deco interiors. It is accessible via gondel train, so the location might not be absoluetly convenient. But even if you chose not to stay in this hotel, a dinner here is highly recommend! Probably the best food in Davos!

Wonderfully placed on top of Davos. The hotel needs some new paintings. the building is phantastic and old-fashioned. A dream for fans of Grand Hotels or Historic Hotels. Prices unfortunally rather high - it is to pay for that location.

We had 3 nights at the Schatzalp, first visit to the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. First thing to say is the location is absolutely fantastic! you reach the hotel by funicular from the street below, on exiting the funicular station the hotel is right in front of you. It is situated facing the mountains. We had a...
