we were both looking forward to our stay at the Palace having heard it described in glowing terms by my parents years ago. When we heard the room rates from our travel agent we were taken aback, but decided to experience this lovely place in spite of the excessive cost. Our experience at the hotel left much to be desired,...

Here was one hotel that my husband was really looking forward to experiencing, having visited St Moritz many years ago and going to Badrutt's for drink. He had always wanted to go back but 10 minutes after walking in the door we were both extremely disappointed. We arrived at the St Moritz train station after catching the Glacier Express from...

Was there in February to witness White Turf and our third stay there in the last 8 years . From the time of the pick up at the station in their Rolls to the drop off it was perfection in every aspect . Impeccable service including making their car available to drop you to the Muttas station or for dinner...

We were there in March 2014, I'm just getting around to the review. We were there for a company function and I'm just glad that she was important enough to get us upgraded to a larger room. We went into some of the others that weren't so lucky and they we small, very small. But this place is historic and...

Top class service. Treated like royalty. Transferred in a Rolls Royce to the hotel. Served champagne on arrival. Decor beyond wildest dreams. Buffet amazing assortment. Rooms fit for royalty. Access to skiing not bad although a little distant. The lake frozen was worth a visit and a horse carriage ride. Pampered and enjoyed. But not the best for skiing if...

I stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but the Palace in undoubtedly my favorite one. It isn't the most luxurious hotel I ever stayed, but it's for sure the most elegant and sober: even if modern in comfort and services it gives you the feeling of old and timeless grace. The location is the best in St Moritz...

“Lakeside rooms with a view highly recommended. If you don't have children along, be sure to ask for a room in a quieter section as the hotel does cater to families (hint). Both the renovated rooms and the traditional rooms are high-spec, it's really just a matter of availability and taste.”
