We are on the train home after spending a fantastic Christmas week at the Monopol and felt compelled to write a review after a fantastic holiday. Food was awesome - we ate in the Mono restaurant every night which was a delight. Superb quality our thanks to the chef. The service was as good or better than any where we...

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The ski gondola is right across the street. The spa was very nice. It has floor to ceiling windows and it open until 2100 which is very nice. I also liked that it was adults only. I was able to get a massage and she did an amazing job. The bar was...

Just make sure you contact the hotel before you arrive and get them to pick you up,as the taxi cost 20 euros, just to go up the hill which you can't walk with suitcases, they were happy to take us back to the railway station. Lovely breakfast, one of the best and my gluten free bread was waiting for me.

Once again, we were made to feel special here by all the staff. We had an excellent room looking towards the lake and ate well. Gluten free dietary needs were well catered for. Full marks. Hope to be back soon

Very helpful and attentive staff. (Quick to arrive at rail station and special restaurant and from desk help) Excellent mid-town location. Visitors in summer might only note there is no air conditioning to request room not facing town square. Would recommend to anyone going to St. Moritiz.

This hotel was arranged for me by the Swiss Railways as part of the Grand Train Trip of Switzerland package. It's not far from the station but a first time visitor might find it tricky locating it and hauling their suitcase up the hill. However a very efficient pickup service is offered free of charge simpling by phoning the hotel...

I stayed here with family for a skiing holiday & I have to say it's one of the most accommodating hotels I've ever stayed in. It's located a short walk from the bottom of the ski lift so you don't have to go very far carrying all your gear, which is great for older skiers like my parents who are...

Great location, walkable to restaurants and public transportation to the various tourist attractions. We were there during the end of the low season for vacation and were provided an upgrade to a Jr Suite which was a very nice surprise. The room was clean, comfortable with lots of closet space and a beautiful large bathroom. Our room was plenty large...

Stayed here on two different occasions while on business. Nice atmosphere, as most of the guests are on ski vacations. Easy walking distance to various restaurants. My room had a view of the clock tower across the street, and the mountains in different directions. Staff were friendly, though very busy. There was a lot of street noise, so if that...

Yes, the hotel is very well placed in the center of the town, in the pedestrian area. Just consider that during the high season, that area is extremely noisy. That's the reason why you get some earplugs for the stay over. We had a huge deal for a junior suite due to the low touristic time of the year. Alright,...

Dear sarahfW6519PK Thank you very much for your review. We are very sorry to hear, that you did not like our art works on the floors. Please note, that this was a choice of the owners to place originals of contemporary artists such as Robert Mars, Marc Quinn, Rainer Lagemann and Hunt Slonem in the public areas, and copies of...
