This was our second stay at the pollux having stayed here previously in 2012. We stayed during the last week of March and took advantage of their ski advantage package which includes room, ski rental and ski pass. Upon arrival, we were happy to see our ski passes were ready at the reception and within 30 minutes we had picked...

We stayed here for a week of skiing and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is located on the main street 3 or 4 minutes from the train station, making it very convenient for arrival and departure as well as being in the middle all Zermatt has to offer. It is a...

If you want a real treat while visiting Zermatt, Switzerland, you must stay at the Pollux! The outside of the hotel has window boxes on the balcony of all the rooms, which is so BEAUTIFUL! We were there in July and the flowers were in full-bloom, what a treat! The hotel is a bit rustic in the quaint kind of...

Dear Joan, We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are now in the middle of the winter season with a lot of snow (we never had that much snow since a long time). But we also like the summer and enjoy it very much when our flower are so beautiful. We hope to welcome you sometimes...

We visited over valentine's day weekend with another couple and we were greatly surprised as to how conveniently located and well established Pollux was for us. We were able to walk to the hotel from the train, the hotel to the slopes, restaurants, pubs, etc. Needless to say, the location was perfect for our first trip to the Alps! The...

Arriving infront of the hotel I was scared that it would be one of the old-fashioned Suisse hotels with a 70's deco. So wrong! All rooms (and ours) are completely renovated with an Alpin/modern style, nice wardrobes, a small living-room space and a comfy bed. The highlight was that above our bed we had windows so we could see the...

My mother and I stayed here for several nights, after taking the Glacier Express, even though we are not skiiers. We loved the quaint ambiance and comfortable room that we shared. I liked the hard-wood floor and the modern decor in the room. The bathroom was a bit small, but really was no problem, especially when you consider that you...

We have just spent a memorable Christmas week in this very special family run hotel right in the centre of Town. I was very lucky to secure a room at this time of year and it was extremely comfortable. The staff are very friendly and we ate most nights in The Stubli which served a good varied and delicious menu...

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service but it is a bit expensive like everything else in Zermatt. We did not stay in the hotel and are unable to comment on the quality of that since we only dined in the restaurant.
