Between 5 and 10 minute walk from station. Very friendly greeting. Lovely room with view of Matterhorn. Generous breakfast. Restaurants nearby. This is quite an old-fashioned hotel but absolutely ideal. Very good value

The food here is excellent, I had a salad from the buffet with a pork-steak as a main course. The atmosphere in the place is great and the staff is very friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend this place to anybody visiting Zermatt! Yummy!!

Hotel is approx. 7 minutes from train station. Was easy to find, thankfully not hidden up a backstreet or alleyway as others seem to be. Easy check in, with a "key safe" system so that keys aren't taken out of the building. Rooms could be described as 'bijoux' but when in Zermatt, I don't expect many people staying in their...

We arrived in the rain with no expectations of getting a glimpse of the Matterhorn, but, thanks to staying in this hotel, we saw it from our balcony when we woke up - it cleared for maybe 15 minutes and then it was gone, not to be seen again!! But it was very impressive!! We were here for just one...

The hotel is clean and comfortable. My room had shared restroom and bathroom and I didn't have any problems with this, they were always clean. It had an outdoor balcony and breakfast was included. Bag storage is available. Good value for money and location is ideal.Staff are lovely and friendly.

If you are budget minded in your Swiss travels, the Hotel Weisshorn is more than adequate for a great price. We didn't have high expectations in the first place, but we were not disappointed at all. Most hotels are more expensive, but we didn't see a need to pay more. Our greeting was friendly, and English was even offered. The...

Zermatt is not the pretty, quaint, chic or attractive town we anticipated. Intensely developed, the 10 minute walk from the station to the hotel indicated a pricey tourist trap. The hotel is wedged in among later buildings, perhaps it was more prominent when originally built in the early 20th century, extended in the 1950s . There are misleading pictures and...

Hotel is easy to find and conveniently located. Room was sufficient with a balcony and a couple of chairs. We had the shared bath, but the room had a sink in it, so that was nice. The toilet and shower were separate so never had a problem with waiting to use the facilities. Breakfast and coffee were very good. Steamed...

Stayed there on my last 2 days of the Haute Route. The location is nice as it is very easy to find, top of the main road next to the church...you can see ut from far away. The room was clean, spacious and the bed comfortable, with rustic furniture which gave a cozy and warm atmosphere to the place. I...

It was my second visit to Zermatt and I again chose the same hotel. For the price offered, you get a nice, clean, calm but cozy room. The breakfast is really nice. The attitude of the staff is nice and vey welcoming. The only drawback is the lack of elevator, but given all of the above, it is worth overlooking...
