We came as a couple for only 1 night. Although the hotel is decent. The staff and hotel management is the most unpleasant as rarely ever seen. Sometimes we had to wonder if we were not bothering them. This hotel is the example of why Airbnb is a success.

Dear Mr. Cambou, We find it unfortunate that you have to react in such a way. We explained to you several times during your stay, that when you book a non-refundable/non-cancable rate, we are not able to refund you. You were already aware of the terms and conditions when you made the booking. Threatening us saying that you will make...

Perfect location in the town of zurich, close to the football stadium. The employee were really friendly, we were in a rush and they parked the car for us. They have a TV in the toilet this a remarkable. Take your time for breakfast on the terrace of the hotel with prosecco.

If you are travelling by car and are ok with living a bit further of the centre of the town this is a brilliant variant. Very nice personnel and personal parking for 30 CHF a night. Good rooms and wi-fi available inside each.

Very friendly staff. Excellent and quick check-in. Clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. Just a moderate and not too fancy hotel, but also not too expensive. Not too far from city center. You can use cheap Uber taxi's. Excellent way of travelling. Hotel is suitable for a few days.

We stayed for one night before going to Italy. Parking was expensive but easy - in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful and friendly. The building is really old, but the rooms have been renovated and are pretty good. The hotel is located far from the city center, but it is easily reachable by...

Nice hotel and very quiet rooms. The room is small but there is all the necessary. The value is very good since it is very near the city in a great position and it is not very expensive. The reception is nice and friendly. Wifi works perfectly

We spent one night in Mercure Stoller Zurich. The hotel is just a short 15mins tram ride from Zurch HB (train station), it was a breeze travelling on Swiss Tram system even though i had a baggage on roller. What we like was that there is a supermarket around the hotel. We were also able to check out this local...

We had a number of meals at the Mecure Stoller as it was just down the street from our hotel. The dinner menu is very good including a varied selection of ice cream desserts. The servers are pleasant and efficient. Zurich is expensive but this restaurant offers excellent meals at a fair price.

We stayed here for 3 nights during summer and very happy with our stay. I booked in advance as part of an Accor special and the rate also included breakfast. However, from comparison with other hotels advertised the pricing is generally very good especially for an expensive city like Zurich. Location-wise, the Stoller is about a 10 minute tram ride...
