I reserved the smallest room possible with the shared bath and was glad I did. What an excellent value (102 euro with tax). The room was so well designed with high end finishes that I forgot how tiny it was. The bathroom just across the hall was huge and spotless with a great shower, lighting, water pressure....everything. The location is...

Hotel St Josef is perfectly located for sightseeing the old town section of Zurich. It's a short walk to the most popular sights but it's also far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. It has a nice little restaurant and the breakfast was adequate with good quality bread and coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful and off...

We were there for just one night. We were given a loft (attic) room. There was no air con but we didn't really need it in August. There was a big fan that was enough. The room was really cute- modern, new, and the bathrooms were very nicely done/completely updated. The front desk person was very helpful, and the hotel...

Stayed here after skiing in Zermatt. Reasonable price for Zurich and could not really fault the hotel. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Staff and check in good, breakfast was very good and central location near train station too. Zurich is very pretty at Christmas time albeit an expensive city to stay!

When we arrived in Zurich after a very long flight from Michigan, the city was rainy and gray. Make sure you read your instructions on how to get to the hotel very carefully before leaving home - we wandered around for a time dragging very heavy luggage up several steep flights of stairs (only one flight would have been necessary)....

Location is fantastic, center of town, very close to train station as well as tram stops. Room was decent sized, good sized bathroom--very clean, good layout. Only downside on the room was no-A/C; wasn't a major problem as the nights are cool. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful--I was there with my 4 year old, and everyone was great. Front...

This quite small hotel located not far from the old city and the central train station (minutes walking distance) ,very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, They serve a very nice breakfast (it becomes a restaurant at the evening although i have never tried it). And last but not least the price is very sane in the Zurich standards. Along...

Hotel St. Josef is a very nice, quiet, small hotel. The price-quality ratio is excellent considering how expensive hotels in Zurich are. I really have nothing to complain about: clean, light room, decorated with taste, free wireless internet connection in the room, good bathroom and friendly helpful staff. The only thing that bothered me was the duvet was a bit...

We stayed at the Hotel St Josef for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and suggestions. We were put in the first room, ground-level by the front door and we could hear people coming and going at all hours. I requested a room change and was told that all of their family rooms are street-front...

After 16 hour plane journey this was the perfect spot to recover. Quiet rooms, not too far from the train station and close to everything. The shared bathrooms were beyond spotless, staff were welcoming and it was overall a great way to overcome jet lag. We liked it so much we rebooked it for our return stay at the end...
