Within walking distance to many of the city's attractions, the Hotel Adler is a very good value and offers creative, attractively done rooms and a quaint atmospheric Swiss restaurant with traditional native fare of fondue and raclette.

Our room overlooked a square with restaurants but the window is thick and soundproofed. Very quiet. Great location in old town. We walked with our bags from the train station without a problem. Dozens of restaurants close by. Close to the lake. Free water and free Coke in the fridge. Comfortable beds.

In a nice, old part of town, right on a people place. Excellent fondue restaurant in the hotel, that you need reservations for, as they are always busy. Clean place with helpful staff. All speak English.

We stayed at this hotel on two different occasions during a recent trip to Switzerland. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Old Town Zurich and walking distance to everything. The price was very reasonable considering breakfast and free internet. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They offer a wonderful, Swiss style buffet breakfast. The rooms are quite...

We have recently stayed a couple of nights in this hotel and after an initial problem with our room, this was quickly rectified by the very helpful Renato, the receptionist. He was efficient and friendly throughout our stay. We loved the hotel, which was very clean, and the breakfasts were served by friendly, cheerful staff. The hotel is very handily...

Zurich is amazingly expensive, so it was a pleasure to find a good hotel that doesn't break the bank. Adler's rooms are up to date, clean, pleasant and well-kept. The hotel is right in the center of "old town" and can be a little noisy as a result, but "old town" is fun and the noise goes away later in...

We needed a hotel for one night on our way to a river cruise. This hotel FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! It says it is a 3 star hotel but it deserves a much higher rating! Everything was just right :reasonable prices; awesome location in "old town"; we arrived very early in the morning and they still had our room ready...
