This is the Hostel that you have to share all thing with new friend. The staff is very nice. There is also a little rooftop seating area, I like this place. The location of the hostel is GREAT = super great but there is no elevator, a bit use your energy to drag a weight of bag to reception, it...

My 3 friends and I stayed in this hostel for 2 nights at the end of our 2 week backpacking trip before flying out of Zurich. I think we all knew the accommodations we would be staying at, so it was pretty much exactly as we expected. We all felt the staff was very friendly and the 4 of us...

I stayed in this hostel with a mate in September 2015. The hostel was in a good location and had wifi but they were the only two positives. You had to walk up what felt like 1000 stairs to get to the hostel only to find the reception open during certain times. The shared dorm we stayed in was tiny...

"I can suck it up for one night!" is what I texted to my husband, back in California, upon my realizing what I had arrived to. On the inside, my opinion is that City Backpacker Bieber is rundown and not well-run. Admittedly, I didn't do my due diligence (as I had earnestly for my more premium accommodations during my prior...

The hostel is fine. The guy at the Front was friendly telling everything about Zurich. basic place to stay, ideal for Backpackers ! For me the prece is fine . the rest was good as well The noise could be due to the area where is located. However by 10 pm you can rest well. It would be great if...

This hostel was in a great location - near many restaurants, shops, etc. Very easy to navigate to/from this hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They have a very nice sitting area on the roof of the hostel with picnic tables and chairs which is a great way to meet other travelers! The rooms were nice (a little...

Only stayed here for one night, which we were quite glad about once arriving. If you are arriving with heavy/lots of luggage be prepared for lots of stairs! Didn't realise we would be charged extra for bedding and for the bedding to be washed. Rooms were quite small for the amount of people they had in them and had no...

Too expensive! more than 50e just for a bed, we have to pay 3e extra for the bed sheet, no breakfast and the rooms does no have air condition or at least a fan. There was a kitchen in each floor, but each of them were incomplete, our floor kitchen did have microwav, so if you want to use it...

As Zurich is so expensive, this is the only reason we would stay here again. Even then it's really overpriced for what you get. This place has great central location but: - reception is closed between 11:00-15:00. This is really inconvenient when you arrive as there is nowhere to put your luggage. So you waste time sitting waiting until 15:00...

Wonderful location for doing things on either side of the river. Also, close to the train station, a 15 minute walk. I thought it was easy to find. The staff is very helpful and will attend to all your needs. Hard to make a judgment on value because Zurich is the most expensive city in the world. My only criticism is...
