It's my first time in Zurich and on a solo trip. I selected this hotel based upon the reviews I read about it. Indeed I came upon a very nice, quaint hotel that's very reasonably priced for the area. The staff I met: Anand, Eduardo, Luis (and Mr. Tom Ford, I miss the li'l fella - thank you Luis!) and...

The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and competent. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The self-service breakfast is excellent - a selection of juices, muesli, fruit, fresh cheese, meats, jams, etc. and lovely fresh bread, with a toaster for your use if you want to make toast. You can even make your own boiled eggs, cooked to perfection, using the boiling...

This hotel is very well located. The neighbourhood is one of the best ares in Zurich city. The room prices are relatively cheap for Swiss standards and rooms are very clean. The breakfast choices are rather good. From my point of view, the only downside of this hotel is its poor wifi signal in the rooms (our room was on...

I travelled on a business trip and found that the hotel has lots of travellers like me. The hotel interiors are good and all amenities were very functional. The staff is well versed with English as well as German

Located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Easy to reach from main train station by tram no. 3. Clean and comfortable room. Good quality sleep, very good bed. The breakfast was more than adequate. Kind service. Free wifi was working well.Great value for money in Zürich. Warmly recommended.

I like everything about the hotel! I had to change rooms because the hotel was full, and they were both nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything is clean and tidy. It's a really nice quiet place in the city center. I would definitely recommend it!

Everything is impeccably clean. The breakfast is quite varied with more than enough of everything for everyone. Coffee as you order it is delivered...

I stayed in room 117 in May, and thought this was the best value hotel I've ever stayed at in Zurich. The staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything you needed, and the tram stop was just outside, making journeys into the city centre a breeze at any civilised hour. Hottingen is a lovely area...
