A hotel run by the most enthusiastic and happy hotel management trainees. Seldom have we experienced such a welcome, carrying cases to the room, answering all kinds of questions and finding us a wonderful room in a classic moated chateau. The restaurant is immaculately run and offers a four course dinner with wines chosen by the staff for each course....

Wow, what a unique and fun teaching hotel. The rooms our totally unique and need to be experienced to really appreciate them. The service in the hotel and restaurants is all done by the students themselves and they are outstanding. It's so much fun to be a small part of a student's education and this is a great place to...

We had a great family escape to the past by a castle called Bethelhem in a town far the border and ended up in a dream house of non reality rooms that were future like and out of mind. Great thing to do!! Come all in!

The place is nice, a big garden but not maintained. No elevator, to raise the luggage in the third floor and to drop off is terrible. The wc without any door is uncomfortable with another person in the room. In the shower no any place to keep the shampoo. Air condition is unchangeable.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. Our students offer the service to walk you to the room and carry your luggage for you. Unfortunately we can not put a elevator in this historical building. It was fun to be back in Maastricht after 20 years. The hotel and restaurant were excellent. Students were very service minded and friendly (key aspect for being successful in the hospitality industry). The restaurant tables and chairs need to be replaced. However the most important matter (the ingredients) were excellent. I loved the croissants and the fruit juices) with...

Last Autumn I had the privilege to get married at this beautiful location. As a perfectionist I was nervous because all wedding arrangements were made via email (as we are living abroad). The staff and students of THCB have made our wedding impeccable! They have gone up and beyond to make us and our family feel at home. They have patiently...

Lovely hotel and great staff. The staff was very nice and forthcoming. Will definitely come back next time I am in the Maastricht area and would definitely recommend this place. I personally did not like their pillows as much but that is completely my own fault for not asking the staff for other pillows. As other comments suggest you can...

Beautiful hotel with rooms uniquely designed by famous designers. The assignment was: give your interpretation of a hotel room. Whilst not always practical this has resulted in an eclectic mix of very special hotel rooms. Breakfast is great, and the students who serve you are really making the effort to make your stay memorable
