Tulipa Bed and Breakfast has a great location which allows you to get a good feel about this beautiful city. Tupipa has it all - an easy compute to the airport, slightly away from a very busy part of town but it is located close enough to its attractions, sights and museums. We stayed at Tulipa with 1,5 year old...

We stayed at Tulip a year ago and had such a good experience there was no question of considering elsewhere for our second visit. If you are interested in a B&B or small inn Tulipa is an excellent choice. Jan and Paula take great care of their guests and the location is ideal. Set across from a picturesque canal, it...

Extraordinary. Spacious, fabulous decor, clean, canal-side view, quiet but close enough to the heart of Amsterdam. Paula was fantastic with recommendations and help. Completely exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at Tulipa B&B for a weekend in Amsterdam two years ago. So when a new opportunity to visit Amsterdam emerged, there were no discussions where to stay. Luckily, Tulipa B&B had a vacant room, and luckily, it was the same room as during the first stay (the canal view suite). Actually, we are not talking about a room,...

Thank you to the extremely helpful and friendly Paula. We had a good time in Amsterdam having taken your excellent advice. The room was super; as was breakfast. The central location in a quiet area could not be improved.

We stayed for 4 nights in early December in the huge, light filled 1st floor suite at Tulipa.  The furniture is classic, stylish, modern. A beautiful bay window looks out onto the junction of 2 canals - and there's always something to see. The location is perfect; it's so quiet, but very convenient for nearby stops on Amsterdam's excellent tram network, and...

Two family members and I stayed in a double room at the Tulipa last month. It was our first experience and won't be the last. Our room was conveniently on the ground floor with a lovely view of the canal. The room featured super high ceilings and a massive, gorgeous sliding door to separate our two sleeping areas. There was...

We had a lovely welcome from the B&B owner Paula who told us about the local area and listened to the sorts of things we were interested in experiencing in Amsterdam. Paula then helped us map out an itinerary for the weekend... Tulipa is fantastically located for many of the cities attractions or simply for taking a wander around the...

We stayed at the Tulipa for 2 nights the end of September. Jan was a great host. The hotel is in a great location in a quieter part of town, yet still walkable to anything you might want to see within the city, and a canal ferry stop a short block away. The bed was super comfy (the best of...

From the second we arrived, Paula and Jan went out of their way to make us feel welcome, help us and to make their guest house seem like a home for the week. As we arrived they brought our bags up to the room before taking the time to sit down with us with a map, discuss our interests and...
