We stayed for a week and we fell in love with it. It could not being in a better place, the Waag looks lovely, you have a cheap supermarket very close (ah) a bit noise but not loud. Also breakfast incl was just perfect, you have 3 options to choose and they were lovely, all of them! The staff there...

The place is a 15 min walk away from the central station, and just like 30 metres away from the metro entrance of Nieuwmarkt station. There are tons of bars and eateries all around, and some are open till late at night even. Surprisingly, there were also a lot of shops selling Asian food. However, this also meant that you...

The location was perfect as we were not far from the station and near the "lively" streets. We booked both rooms and I stayed in the smaller of the two. The bathroom was in a separate corridor between doors but that suited us. The only fault was that the bar underneath was very loud well into the night so on...

We stayed at this Inn and we totally felt in love with the location, as travelers we like to experience unique accommodations and this Inn was perfect for us, it's very clean, comfortable, and felt very authentic with the cute Dutch decoration, the studio was spacious and had everything we need: mini-fridge, sink, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, with great...

Daniel was really nice and very easy to communicate with in booking the studio. Fuss-free, straightforward and simply effortless. The studio / loft was rustic and relaxing, I feel like Heidi from the fairy tales. =) You go up a ladder to get to the sleeping area or the lounge area, which we thought was so cool. And the chairs...

As per other reviews the room was clean and well equiped.there Are 16 extremely steep and narrow steps, challenging for 2 women with cabin bag and larger luggage bag. Lucky i traveled with my daughter who could help with the bags. We were assured of twin beds. What we got was 2 singles pushed together to make a double which...

Delicious food. Excellent service. Chef took into account our likes and dislikes and prepared for us a meal that was of a very high quality. Taste sensation. Lovely wine to accompany the meal and a wonderful ambiance.

Historic location within walking distance of Central railway station and many of Amsterdam's places of interest. Great little B&B and friendly locals. Annik in their local cafe was very friendly, helpful and approachable.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Inn Old Amsterdam. Perfect in every way and is just what we look for in a stay, character, charm and different from the norm (loved the steep staircase). Very clean and so close to everything. Great location to explore Old Amsterdam. Daniel is a great host and nothing is too much trouble....

Neighbourhood Profile
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
