We absolutely loved our time at the Dylan! Eddie, the concierge, was our favorite. He made us feel like we were royalty and the only guests of the hotel. He was incredible helpful with tours and dining as well. The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely clean. There is music playing in your room as your enter it and the...

Service, rooms, food and location are all top stars. The courtyard is so nice to spend lunch or dinner or just for a drink, really relaxed and nice. Staff deliver the highest service level always with a smile. I really recommend this hotel both for a weekend trip or for business. Have had another 5-star hotel as favorite for the last...

I booked The Dylan through Amex's fine hotels and resorts program. Although there was no upgrade available, the smallest room at the hotel is still a perfect jewel box. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, but what really made the stay special was the service. Everyone was so attentive and warm. Can't wait to stay again.

This is a fab hotel and great location overlooking one of the main canals in the center ring. We had room 12 ( At the rear of the hotel ) Rooms in this location are older, more rustic by authentic. Our friends had rooms towards the front that were modern and minimalist, so you could have been anywhere. Bike hire...

Small boutique hotel. Quirky and comfortable. Don't go here if you have mobility issues, there are stairs everywhere it is not wheelchair friendly. The rooms are very spacious but a little soulless to be honest. They need a little upgrade, there are scuff marks on the walls and the bathroom was very tired. We stayed in suite 39.The towels were...

The service from all of the reception staff was incredible, as was the concierge and bar service. The rooms were really nice and spacious with all the things you would expect - coffee machine, Sat TV, MP3, robes etc - that are essential to relaxing after days spent sight seeing. Location is perfect in the nine little streets and close...

We stayed three nights. We were told on check-in that we had been upgraded. A nice start ! But, we were not; we got the room we paid for. No big deal but building expectations then to be let down wasn't a great start. The room was smaller in the flesh than we were expecting. And, potentially noisy given no...

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your overall positive experience here on TripAdvisor. It is of course a shame to read that the reserved room did not meet your expectations. For a next visit will advise otherwise. Lovely to read that you enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated our staff in our Bar Brasserie. Your constructive feedback in regards to the...

This is a boutique hotel, which feels like you are staying in someone's old house. The amenities were nice and the bathroom resembled what you would expect from a luxury hotel. You also had slippers, robes, etc. The location was on a canal in a busy area, which is considered prestigious. That is where it ended. The upkeep was minimal....
