a really nice place, the owners very friendley and nothing seemed too much trouble. Definatley take their advice as to where to eat, we went to the SSK and also the indonesian/Tibetan resturant. Both first class!!!! Whenever we go back to Amsterdam will look at booking in here, far more intimate than one of the big hotels, more like staying...

It's 2 years since we stayed at this hotel, and I'm happy to see that nothing has changed in the way of great service since we were there. Just four rooms, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean. Each room has a separate lounge, and a large shower room. The breakfast tray is laden heavy with food each morning. The place has 5-star...

I have travelled to Amsterdam often and stayed at the Marriott & Pulitzer & Le Meridian hotels all 4star and up hotels, none compare to this place. I was unbelievably pleasantly surprised at what I came across at this place. After the IBC conference took all the rooms in town I was left to find other digs and this hotel...

We stayed for four nights at the Frederik Park house hotel and as usual were not disappointed by the very high standard and elegance of the rooms. Martin & Franz [the owners] take their time to make you feel very much at home, nothing seems too much trouble, they always find time to chat thereby offering suggestions regarding restaurants and...

I chose the Fredrick Park Hotel after reading so many positive reviews at this website. Unfortunately, we found that the owner has quite a temper (and a tendency toward over reaction) when we returned to our room one afternoon to find a cotton throw blanket laid out on the bed with a burn mark in it. Apparently, the burn had...

I kept meaning to write a review for this hotel as i stayed there last November with my boyfriend but only getting round to it now. Where do i start?! The Frederik Park House is without a doubt the most relaxing, peacful, homely and tasteful hotel in Amsterdam. When we arrived i was instantly made feel like i was visiting...

I'm going to start off with the only negative about this place and it wasn't negative to us. If you have a problem with stairs, this may not be a place for you as the Hotel/Inn does not have a lift and the stairs are tradition Dutch townhouse style. NOW, onto all the wonderful things about this place. Frans and...

My girlfriend and I found this hotel completely by accident when decided to change hotel after being disappointed with our first hotel on our weekend break to Amsterdam (don't ever stay at the Hotel De Paris in Amsterdam if you value your belongings & your sanity). The Frederik Park House / Hotel, situated a couple of minutes walk from the...
