My wife, our 2 kids, & I stayed at Guido's B&B from Jul 9-13, 2015, as part of a family vacation in Europe. Here's my review: PROS: - The B&B is relatively clean, and conveniently located (3 bus stops or 15~20 min walk away from Amsterdam Central) in a relatively quiet/safe neighbourhood. - The description & pictures of the space...

After 3 days at this B&B, we felt part of the neighborhood. It is on a quiet residential street with a lovely few of the waterfront. The decor is simple, but everything is very well thought out. Each time we needed something (a map, a laundry drying rack, salt, etc.), it was there. Having two rooms when traveling with a...

We travelled with two kids - happily taking a rest from busy Amsterdam in der Studio Inn. Enjoyed the view and nicely furnished studio. Breakfast with wide selection and fresh ingredients. We greatly appreciated the coffee and tea making facilities. Guido is a wonderfully kind host. Our stay really was a pleasure!

Pros: Studio with a large living-bed-room and a small extra room, great view, very nice owner, fantastic breakfast, good location - a nice 15-minutes-walk to the city - excellent choice! Cons: very small bathroom, steep stairway, parking situation (P+R system is ridiculously complicated)

The view is amazing, Guido ia thoughtful host( and great breakfast host) and the location excellent. We stayed 4 nights and the arrival of my son and his wife for the last2 posed no problems for Guido. The two rooms are more than adequate, the shower and toilet tiny but that's not what we came to Amsterdam for. We will...
