Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Spent two nights here in February as part of a work offsite (even though I live in Amsterdam), and was pleasantly surprised - from the outside the architecture doesn't give an accurate idea of the inside. The hotel is situated a bit further out from the city center than some people may like, but everything in Amsterdam is accessible, relatively...

Hotel is situated outside of the main part of the city, but is served by a tram which takes about 10 minutes to get into the centre! Hotel is right next to a park, which is nice on a nice sunny evening to chill out in before heading into the city! The hotel it self is clean and looks the...

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was nice and clean. But the check out day I accidentaly forgot my hair straightener in the room and the cleaning lady didn't find it... I asked the receptionist for help, but she didn't find a solution... She told that she would double check the next day and call me back.....

Although it was slightly out of the way from the attractions we were wanting to see, there is a tram right around the corner. They also offer a shuttle (which I thought should have been complimentary but they charged a small fee) to and from the airport. The hotel was clean, the bathroom and room relatively large for what we...

Nice hotel and views, by Rembrandtpark. Nice rooms and easy to get to downtown or museums by tram. But we never knew the hotel's restaurant, always close, too late or mid afternoon. Only the bar and sometimed a roof atea with snacks. We are used to the American way and Mexico's service, always a cafeteria open the ehole day and/or...

Shuttle bus was great. Really friendly driver. The hotel itself is all about the roof top and floor 17. The rooms are compact, no head rests or even a wall to lean up against while sitting in bed. Our fault was coming straight from living in Australia for 3 years so we had way too much luggage and not enough...

We had booked our weekend through low cost holidays and like many other people were disappointed to find out that we had to pay for our hotel again!... But... The staff were so friendly, helpful and even went above what they had to do to make our stay better. We were upgraded free of charge and given a free drink...

Good central location, 15 minutes from the city centre, 15 minutes from the airport. Very nice, clean and comfortable and we got comped a free upgrade to a deluxe room! And I'd like to whole heartedly recommend the roof top bar but I can't! Beautiful scenery, incredible view of the city during the day and during the night. But be...

Amazing experience of Amsterdam.Shuttle to hotel from Airport was Straightforward. Check timings on the board at bus stop. Hotel receptionists were friendly esp Rianne. Breakfast shuts at 10 so had nothing to eat till we bought a croissant from reception. We got room at 12 noon and settled for a back view but it was still nice! Set off for...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights (returned home today unfortunately!) and loved the hotel. We had a free upgrade to a "deluxe" room (bigger and on a higher floor), on floor 9 of 17 and the view was excellent! We could see all the way into the centre of Amsterdam from our window...great views!! Keeping it to...
