My friend and I were on a short break in the city- my first visit. The Exchange is easy to miss because of its narrow frontage- just a doorway wide- but once inside this charming hotel is a haven from the bustle of one of Amsterdam's busiest streets. We were given a fabulous upstairs room with wonderful views of the...

The bed was really comfy and good size, room was lovely and clean, perfectly situated for visiting main attractions, when you get tired you can just pop back for nap, staff were very helpful, even allowed us to store are bags till check in time so we didn't have to carry them while we explored.

Stay in the hotel is a experience per se, the location is perfect for the city center, minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal by walk. For a second I felt that I was entering to a cloth factory, with designs of cloths all over the place, mannequins, well... go there... in summary, staff is friendly, there is a lift (I've read...

The location is very good, closed to Amsterdam main station. The decoration is refined. However, my room was a little bit cold. But anyway, I fully recommend this . I don't want to add details, just say that this hotel is great.

If you wanna stay at crowdy center here is the right place, otherwise you could find better deals on more peaceful district of this city. You should be so careful not to skip the entrance door of the hotel, cuz everything here is so tiny like the lobby, shared restaurant, stairs, lift and etc. You find everything weird here like...

We were attracted by the proposition of each room being individually designed by a fashion student. Beyond that, we were pleased with the location, cleanliness and sleep quality. All the staff members were very outgoing and helpful. This is a good choice for Amsterdam.

Beautiful little hotel, very clean and our room though small was perfectly functional for a short stay, and we were in a budget room. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been more pleased with the location or the quality of stay. Definitely one I will use again 5* 👍😃

I had high expectations for this hotel but unfortunately was left disappointed. When we first arrived the door wouldn't lock so spent about 45mins trying to sort it out. Then they had the cheek to call at 12:10 to hurry us out the room for check out. Bed was comfy. Location perfect. We walked everywhere. Receptionists were all pleasant. This...
