It's natural, when you run a company, that something may annoy your client (s***t happens, as the Americans say...). What define your commitment with your clients is your behavior in those situations! We have a problem there in our first night (it is not important what happend), but the staff did what they could to compensate us (not only with...

The hotel is well located, has a unique boutique feel, the room we stayed in was fantastic with a spa, living area, outside area and steam room. But above all the service from the staff was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel, I have stayed for business, on a romantic weekend and also as a family with a baby.

I downright love The Toren. I love everything about it. The location is perfect. The room is over-the-top perfect. The bed is probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in. My tiny quibble with the room is the marble step that separates the bathroom area from the room - it can be slippery and I was fearful of a fall....

I read about The Toren when I was researching about places to stay when planning a short trip to Amsterdam. The reviews were great and so I decided to book a night stay to get an experience of a local hotel. The location is good, just around the corner from the Anne Frank museum. The service is warm and we...

Right in heart of the city on a canal. In one of the best neighborhoods. We were here for 3 nights and loved it. The hotel completely deserves its high ranking. The room was perfect, we had a canal view and it was magical to just watch the people, bikes and boats go by the windows. Walk out the door...

Great location, friendly staff, attentive service! The room is really charming and the bed is comfy. We fall in love with the bar, very cozy and relaxing. We found the Toren is one of the most charming hotels in Amsterdam. Definitely stay there again!

I traveled back in April 2016 with my life long best friend, we stayed for several nights and we so pleased with our stay. In choosing a hotel, my love of boutique hotels brought me to The Toren. We stayed in the Royal Suite, the room was large and elegant with a charming view into a courtyard, we had a...
