My friends and I stayed here last week, the staff were so helpful and so polite and really made us feel like home. Xadim was such a lovely person who works at the hotel and really catered to our needs. The staff were able to help us get taxi's and to get us train/tram tickets rather than worrying when we...

Hotel was very nice and customer service was great. Most of the staff very helpful and friendly. Although we went to the bar and got ignored by the bar staff a few times when trying to order drinks. Hotel was very modern and clean. Only downside for us was the fact it was literally in the middle of nowhere! So...

A really smart hotel and fantastic value for money. Definitely worth the 20minute journey to the centre of the city in return for a very very reasonably priced room. As it is predominantly a business hotel in the week... our rate was approximately 50% of the normal weekly one. Didn't try breakfast but had a lovely steak there on the...

we were sent to this hotel after our flight had been cancelled. We were treated to dinner and breakfast by the airline, the hotel staff went the extra mile and made everything feel a lot better and stress free. We ordered room service which was made to a high standard. Would stay again 100%

This hotel is around 10 minutes metro ride away from the city centre. The Metro station is OverAmstel, around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is quiet, clean, spacious with restaurant, free wifi, bar and restaurant. Staff were very helpful, polite, welcoming and friendly. The only downside is the location being out of the city centre.

I booked this hotel for a couple of nights stay with my partner over Valentines day. Good aspects: the staff are very friendly and professional. We felt welcome on arrival. The hotel is very modern and clean. I liked the quirky bar/reception area. It feels like an upper class hotel. The bedroom was good. Not amazing but good. This is...

Stayed at the mercure for 2 nights- although it was a quick city break, the hotel was very convenient to access (about 15 minutes by metro from centraal station). Getting to and from the airport was also convenient by public transport (approx 30 mins door to door). The rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom was good size with great shower....

I booked this hotel for my partner and I and a couple of our friends for a valentines escape to Amsterdam. The hotel was amazing, brilliant views. Excellent staff, very welcoming to us and other guests. Although it is out of the city centre, there is excellent transport links via the metro. There is a canal just behind the hotel...

Myself and 3 others have recently just come back from a 2 night stay in Amsterdam. It is our 3rd time there and we absolutely love it. We decided to book this hotel due to being reasonably priced and not too far away from the centre. All staff were very helpful, rooms were very good, beds very comfortable. The check-in...
