Dear, We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a good stay in our hotel. It is correct that we have very basic rooms. We focus on people that are staying for a couple of days, exploring the city. I do want to let you know that we are going to replace the telephones in every room,...

Very good hotel for a 2 night city break. Clean hotel and rooms, great location and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Airport bus drops you only a 5 minute walk away at Leidseplein for €5. Most major sights are within walking distance and the canal tours also start closeby. A great base for a short city break.

There was hidden charges which we had to pay on arrival. Requested a twin bed room and was given a double bed room in a very tiny box room. Very minimal rooms, no tea/coffee etc. Every night was woken at 5am from other guests because the walls are ridiculously thin. The red light district area and central station is a...

Just got back, wouldn't stay there again. The hotel and I use those words with caution is in definate need of a coat of paint, it reminded me of a seaside B&B on a back street in Bridlington. Rooms very small with paper thin walls, could hear people snoring among other things, well done to the couple on the 2nd...

This hotel is in a great location for everything you would go to Amsterdam for. The staff at reception were very helpful and did anything they can to make us comfortable. Couldn't complain about the rooms, the beds were very comfy. The only thing I could complain about was being on the side of the main road with the trams...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in September, hotel was very dated but that was not an issue. After the second night, both me and my room mate were covered in bites from what I can only presume are bed bugs. After further investigation and looked at past reviews I noticed that we're not the only ones to...

When looking to book a hotel in Amsterdam there was defiantly plenty to choose from but was drawn to this hotel due to the location and the independent aspect. Hotel was 5 minutes walk from Vondelpark, 10 minutes from Museumplein, 2 minutes from a tram stop to centre, 10 minutes from Leidseplein square. Could have a good night without having...
