The staff were very helpful, accomodating and friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time were in Amsterdam. The service and the room we got was worth what we paid for. Only negative thing about the hotel is since we stayed in the 2nd floor & they didn't have elevators, it was pretty tough to go up the narrow stairs....

While on a business trip I booked a room for one person in this hotel for a friday night. It turned out to be a room with 3 single beds on the street side! There is no elevator , the stairs are narrow and very steep. I was assured there would be a night porter but at two in the...

The hotel is located close to all interesting sights in Amsterdam and only a few steps away from a tram station. Breakfast is ok (toast, yoghurt, tea, coffee). Because of the thin walls you sometimes hear the other guests. But more annoying was the discotheque just beside the hotel, from which we could hear the beats until Saturday 4am.

It is a good place, if you want to stay in the centre of the city. From the railway station it is easy to arrive with the tram. The room was a little one. It was not so clean. But the breakfast was great. The garden was little, but nice.

The staff were always friendly and helpful; the room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the European style breakfast - muesli, cereal, yogurt, breads, preserves, ham, salami, cheese, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee, tea and water. We booked 4 nights online but ended up staying 6 nights, and found the...

Didn't get much sleep due to the vibrating beat from the nightclub next door. No lift and steep rather scruffy stairs. Our courtyard garden view was grim looking over a corrugated roof. Helpful staff and ok breakfast in nice surroundings. Also very expensive 168 euros for two on a Friday night. clean rom and bathroom. I wouldn't go back due...
