I liked this hotel and the area. was.fine for us and two teenagers. The park and supermarket nearby was a bonus. Good tram links. The steps were high to hotel so not for the less mobile. Good value clean and nice staff.

the hotel is located in the center of the city. There is a tram station, fast food and a little supermarket 30seconds near the hotel. Very good location. The breakfast is also included (egg, coffee, tea, juices, fruit, bread, butter, cereals, jam, milk, cheese, honey, …) Toilets and bathrooms shared with another room.

I spent 5 nights in Hotel Abba during last August in a single ensuite room. For the price, I didn't expect any luxury but I got everything else: good location at the entrance of Oud West district; very friendly staff; clean room, decent breakfast. The shared balcony (with another room) is a huge bonus in summer! The rack of individual... More

Great hotel, arrived a few hours early put my cases down in a secure room and popped to Vondel coffeeshop and took a stroll back through Vondel park which is beautiful and right near the hotel. There is a supermarket underneath the hotel that is very reasonably priced and open til 10 or 11pm. The room we had was a... More

Really enjoyed my stay at abba hotel, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. I had a single room with ensure, everything was fine BUT the bed was terrible, far too soft mattress and awful frame ! Change the beds and I would rate 5 stars

Althought small rooms, it has everything you need just for the night. Perfect for those who want to spend the whole day getting to know the city and it's beatys. The only cons I see are the stipe stars and the unstable internet connection.

If you look for a hotel in Amsterdam for a good might sleep and close to the big musea, this hotel will do. It is small and simple but good and clean. The breakfast is OK. If you are not able to walk stairs, do not go. There is no elevator. In front of the hotel you find several trams... More

Upon arrival, didn't even notice it was a smoker friendly room. There was no stench! Room was clean, had plenty of space to store luggage, plenty of hangers in the closet, no extra pillows, had great wifi. We had an ensuite room. Bath towels provided. Had to purchase shampoo and body wash elsewhere though. Would recommend stopping by a HEMA... More

Me and my partner stayed in Amsterdam for a week in August, and it was the cheapest we could find. €600 for a week, with a shared bathroom. Which is the most expensive hotel of this type I've stayed in while in Europe. Breakfast was included which is a bonus, but a very very basic breakfast, cereal and toast, cheese... More

Dear Katarina, Thank you for your review. We're happy to hear you liked the location of the hotel. We find it hard to believe that toilet rolls were not replaced. What does sometimes happen is that the toilet paper runs out during the night, when there is only one staff member in the hotel whom can't leave the reception. In... More
