Right on the edge of central Amsterdam the Jupiter Hotel provides easy access to the museum area and the heart of the city. It does this without the cost of many establishments closer to downtown. Being less expensive it attracts a younger crowd that can be noisy at times. Especially when they come in late. Depending on what floor you...

Very Quiet and welcoming. I felt safe and secure with the hospitality. Excellent views of Amsterdam. I would recommend this to anyone on a business, couples, family, friend, or solo trip. overall, money well spent!

The hotel is nice, clean enough, and 20min walking to the red lights district, is not the best, but for sleeping and take a shower is enough. Personal working there is also nice and friendly, they help me in everything I need. If you need parking place tell in advance, as the places are very limited.

Lovely hotel. When we arrived 10 minutes before check in time closed, receptionist greeted us and took our suitcase to the room (on the second floor) as the stairs were steep and we were worried about carrying it. Stayed for three nights, beds were comfortable and big enough for the three of us (we stayed in a triple room). Close...

The staff rude. When I asked for a wake up call I got: "is your phone not working?" I did get the wake up call, but the comment was uncalled for and rude. For the breakfast you better be there as early, if you go on the last half hour you won't find some of the options. My room became...

I really enjoyed my stay at Jupiter hotel. Not only it is centrally located (bus 197 to and from Schipol stops one block away and so does line 16 tram) but it is a very cosy place that makes you feel at home. The staff are friendly and helpful and they were ready to fulfill all my requests ( I...

Better that expected but too expensive for what it is , the rooms are weird but clean and tight, small bathroom and really small reception. It's 15-20 min walk to the heart of Amsterdam but the location as a whole is good

I stayed at the Jupiter hotel earlier this month on a solo trip to Amsterdam. I stayed in a single room which was small but it had everything I needed for my trip, Bed, decent shower and TV. I arrived around 1.30 after getting the 197 Airport shuttle bus which stops just down the road at Leidsplein so very handy....

The best: The best thing about Jupiter Hotel is the location: Directly at the Grachtenring, next to many theaters and museums, with public transportation around the corner. The positive things: The staff of this hotel is very friendly. Variety and quality of the breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean. Opportunities: The room was a bit musty, the...

I stayed at the Jupiter Hotel two nights from 4 to 6 September 2016. After the second night, I had several bites all over my body that are red, swollen and itchy. I identify them as bites of bedbugs or acarids. When I reported the problem to the hotel, the hotel manager admitted that they had had problems with bedbugs...
