We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and were very pleased with hospitality, location and service. Room was also very comfortable and even romantic with the sloping ceiling and nice view (the first time in Amsterdam when I saw not an opposite building wall but a beautiful courtyard). And the owner is a very positive person!)

We stayed at The prinsenhof hotel in Bruges via secret escape holidays and had a wonderful time the hotel is located close to all the main attractions but set back off the main st so very peaceful. The quality of the hotel and the fantastic friendly staff made our short stay so enjoyable especially good at all those small details...

This is my second visit to this little hotel. A very warm welcome by Sonja, its clean and the rooms nicely decorated. Its close to all the sights but in a lovely area. Well worth a visit. Nothing is to much trouble for the owners and breakfast was only €5. Excellent for those who are staying with friends/groups. We will...

Beautiful room, quite small but enough for both my husband and me. Nice WiFi and hot water. Bus No. 4 left you right in front! Away from all the hassle of the nightlife but not THAT far, so you can easily come out at walk right there if you want. Walking distance from Van Gogh museum, red-light district, pubs, coffee...

We arrived at 10am and the receptionist was very accommodating... allowed us to go up to our room even though the cleaner hadn't been in yet! That was handy for us to put our suitcases in and freshen up for the day! All the staff we bumped in to were lovely, laid back and very friendly. The area of this...

Great spot. Clean room. House full of character. Good bathrooms. Good mattresses. The managers were helpful. The breakfast was absolutely fine for the price and overall I have no complaints. The location is perfect and it was very quiet and a well-run place

I had been to IBC 1999 conference and had booked on their website. I found the place very cosy on arrival, had a wonderful stay with my colleague there. My room just overlooked the canal. There was a tram stop next to Prinsenhof. I have wonderful memory of my stay. If you are on a budget trip or you want...

This hotel had good reviews so I chose to stay there. We arrived late at night because of our flight. They have arranged everything. The service was very nice and friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent.

Ok, so this hotel was very basic. Very few toiletries, no hairdryer, no tea making facilities in room. It's ok just for a base. Staff very friendly, and so close for the tram. Lots of people complaining about the steep stairs, but that is a typical Dutch property, and I found them quaint- you don't get that at home! My...
