The check-in time was really flexible. We just had to call 30 minutes before arriving so that was nice! The one who helped us (Jacob) was really nice and his hospitality was amazing! The Cityden team was also easily reachable. We ran into many problems but when we called them they were within in 10 minutes to help us and the problem were solved as well! The apartment was big enough for 4 people we stayed in and provided us with the basic things they provided us.

We stayed in an apartment with Cityden for a quiet stay and couldn’t recommend more. The location is great - situated in a quiet residential area but only 5 mins walk from Museum Square. The appartements are clean and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect for us. The location is in a lovely neighbourhood with quick access to transport links and tourist attractions. The room itself is perfect for couples, large and clean with perfect cooking amenities for a 3-day stay! Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again!

I decided to stay here with my partner and friends who are a couple. The size of the room was fine but the floor in the main bedroom was dirty, the bed sheets had stains on them, their was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen, the shampoo and conditioner despensers where empty, there wsd three body soaps which two out of three where half empty, the floor just outside the bathroom wasn't layed properly and was sharp, the coffee machine was broken, there was no pillows for the second bed, the dinning room chairs too small as you would slid off even if you are slim. The only plus side is that the room had air conditioning and heating.
Not impressed at all with this experience and would not be returning to this apartment nor would I recommend this apartment to anyone I know.

Dear Keyleighd, Thank you for your honest feedback and the effort in sharing with us your indeed, unplesant experience. I am sorry to hear that the level of cleaning was not up to standards and that influenced your comfort. We have taken all your feedback into account and acted upon the issues mentioned. Unfortunately, we did have a chance to really act upon all incovenienices during your stay. We do have 24/7h service that always is willing to help and assist, especially on non-working devices. I hope in the future we can really accomodate all your needs and provide you with an excellent stay. We will try our best to make sure the apartment is in order! With regards, Kasia Operational Manager

The apartment was apparently clean and the employees were nice and helpful. Anyway the apartment has mouse, we found to and a lot of mousepoop under the sink and under the washingmachine. They said they knew about it and are trying to fix the problem. And there was mold in the toilett, the floor in the bedroom looked unfinished.
So we are not coming back at all. We do not pay for bad solutions.

Hi Waded, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. As we have already discussed over the whatsupp, I do completely understand your point and inconvenience that the presence of mice has brought. As mentioned, we have taken all measurements to fight against the unavoidable issue. As current guests confirm the issue has been already resolved by adding extra measurements and indeed hiring better/professional Antipest company to really act upon it. I do hope you will be able to experience the improved service / facilities and conditions of the apartment soon as- our operational team will do and have done everything to meet your expectations! Wishing you a great day. Again, we do appreciate your feedback and gladly we have taken actions to win over the issue. With regards, Kasia Operational Manager

After reading trip advisor I chose this hotel and was not disappointed. I had previously stayed at NH Caransa on a previous trip. Van de Kasteeleen is a lovely hotel which has a very high standard of cleanliness. Found our double room with ensuite quite spacious. Bed was really big and comfortable and shower was excellent. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever tasted and is served until 10.00 am. There is fresh fruit salad available, a wide variety of cereal and you can also have eggs and bacon if you wish. The hotel is very accessible and serviced by Trams 5 and 16 but is also within walking distance of centre of Amsterdam. Would definately stay here again. It is very reasonably priced and includes an excellent breakfast. I booked it through easytobook.com.

We decided to opt for this hotel following the great reviews. It was the best decision ever. In a great position, easy to get to the Museums and canals. Clean, friendly and a great breakfast to start your day off. We will be visiting Amsterdam again, and we would not use any other hotel. Simply superb!

A gem nestled on a tree-lined residential street, yet, conveniently located within two blocks of the ConcertGeouw, Van Gogh, and Rijksmuseum. The intimate, 16-room, hotel's interior is tranquil and serene, accented with beautiful and abundant orchids. The rooms are tiny by American standards, but, well-kept, and the bathrooms are well-appointed. The owners are gracious and friendly. A full breakfast is served in a lovely setting adjacent to an orchid-filled glass enclosed sitting room overlooking a small walled-in garden.

We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Amsterdam.

Hi, whilst in Amsterdam we didn't get any trams or metro to the apartment, we walked everywhere! It's a short 15/20 minute walk from the Center to the apartment, lovely on a sunny day

Hi, it's about 30 minutes by bus. You can get the bus just outside the airport, pay attention cause you have to buy the ticket inside the airport. From the bus stop, in front of Van Gogh Museum, you walk 5 minutes and you get to the hotel, very easy and close.
