Stayed in room 11 in the loft with three other friends for 5 days last week. Room was lovely and clean, shower fantastic and staff very friendly and helpful. Had absolutely no trouble sleeping because of noise - was worried about this after seeing other reviews but the Queers club doesn't get particularly busy and did not disturb us in...

Hotel prices in Amsterdam are ridiculous so, I'd say that this is hotel is one of the most economical you can ger and its location in the Amstel canal is fantastic. However, you need to be able to climb the very steep stairs (no lift) and carry your suitcases. We were in a sizeable room for 4 people in the...

I was in this hotel 3 nights but I wanted to run away because I found a mouse in the room..........after that they changed me the room but all nights we could hear the music by adjacent nightclub. Really bad experience.

Friendly staffing, but not Dutch talking. Bed is good, wifi as well. Room was a bit old furniture, mainly carpet. No breakfast served in a lounge, only served on room, and not before 830am during the week. The place is great, at the Amstel river and in the center.

Booked on a mobile app 1 hour before turning up, place was clean large enough. I would recommend staying here if on a budget. Car Parking service was good - private company collects your car n drops it the next day for the cost of €30. All staff friendly an spoke good English

I payed 250 euro’s for two nights but only managed to catch 3 hours of sleep each night because the room did not have sound isolation. I could hear the club next door through the wall and the bar underneath all the way up into my room. I was given a room without windows (!), the hotel informed me that...

Perfect location, room was perfect and clean. Staff were very nice. Totally unsure why people have left negative reviews previous, this hotel was 100% perfect to me. If I was to return to Amsterdam I would stay here again.

We were in room 12 which is next to reception so you can hear everyone coming in and one night there was very...

First the positive: fantastic location in walking distance from everything. Then all the bad stuff: We were promised a room for 3 with two twin beds. There were two single beds and a broken extra bed! We were promised breakfast buffet, a lousy continental breakfast was served - and not possible before 8:30. Car parking was outsourced to 3rd party....
