We stayed here for 4 nights in Feb. The hotel is very welcoming and close to Leidseplein square. Rooms are on the smaller size but it was enough, lacking a little in light. Comfy bed, great shower. Had an issue with the hairdryer but the following day the staff brought us a new one. I liked the seating area by...

Friendly welcoming staff, very helpful and polite. The hotel itself isn't as central as it seems, although the main attractions were not too far but it seemed quite a while away from the very center of Amsterdam. Free tea and coffee was quite good, lobby area to relax in was decent too. Rooms were very clean, modern and well kept...

We recently booked to stay at this hotel but when we informed the hotel we could not fly as my wife became pregnant they refused to refund us for the hotel. We rang an emailed on a few occasions and were not at all friendly or helpful. They even charged us the city tax although we won't be staying in...

While the rooms are small the local could not be any better, only walking distance to Museum Center, the IAMSTERDAM sign, Bolls, MOCO, and tons of other places. If your a walker you can easily walk to city center for an excellent dinner or go to a local cafe/bar for a nightcap. The hotel is clean, rooms are smallish but...

We have just got back from our stay here. We stayed 5 nights. The initial impression was quite good. The hotel is centrally placed and very handy for the Rijks Museum and Van Gogh Museum. (walking distance). The staff are a bit corporate. They do their job but there is not much warmth. They all speak English exceptionally well as...

We stayed for 4 nights and had a varied experience at the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is in a great location, a 10 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of Leidseplein and also the museums. There is a tram stop the next block down but it's easily walkable into Centrum. Lots of nice little...

Nice little hotel with friendly and helpful staff within a reasonable distance from Amsterdam central, around the corner from Vondelpark and 5 mins from Leidseplain which has some great bars and restaurants. If walking isn't for you then there are tram stops on the other side of the street. You have everything you need in the hotel but if you...

Great value for money hotel. Our room was quite small (we were aware of this when we booked though as we picked the smallest/cheapest room) but for the price we weren't too concerned.Free coffee on offer from the machine in the lobby and while we didn't partake, there were always a few people downstairs enjoying them. The staff spoke English...

We thought this place was a great find. Location was good- nice neighbourhood which is less touristy than other areas, and short walk to the number 1 tram which goes straight up to old town and the station. Or you could easily walk- Amsterdam being such a small city. The room itself was extremely clean and bed was amazingly comfy-...
