We had a very unpleasent service while checking-in.Staff was very arrogant and disrespectful. Do not recommend this hotel. Not worth of money they charge. But location is great. And rooms were nice and clean.

This was my first visit at Artotel and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall, I am glad I went. The room was big and clean. I am not sure about returning to the same hotel next time but if I do, it will definitely be for especially 1 people who work there. He was amazing! I would like to specifically thank him: We arrived early in the morning, and Gerlon, the front agent was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and professional, responded to my ton of questions and acted fast on our needs. It was a pleasure to meet him. I also noticed that during that morning, he didn’t stand on his desk much, always going around ensuring operations ran smoothly and everything is alright for the next shift. In the morning, I was calling serval time to the front desk to get some help with the heater, but after all, no one of the morning team cares about it. I was calling the restaurant a few time for room service, but it was disappointed. Take so much time, need to call serval time to check what is going on... But after all, during the evening there was a manager on duty that care and give me some hoped. During the evening, we went out for a party and when we arrived back to the hotel, who is at the desk again > The Magic Boi Gerlon. We told him everything that happens during the day and "Tha Dan"... He apologizes for everything that happened during the day and was ready to help/fix everything at that moment. We ask for room service and he did it, Fast, HOT and Delicious. I would like to highly recommend and personally thank you [Gerlon] for everything you do for us sins check-in, room service and check out. Please pass my personal regards and appreciation to The Magic Boi Gerlon. You work for a Dream and not only for a paycheck. and as I always said: The profit comes when You are committed to the Vision and You will have the Biggest R.O.I. [Return On Intention]. We felt very special and welcomed. Thank You!
