Very artsy and hip so be prepared, this is not a Holiday Inn. Rooms are very interesting. The bed I had was fabulous, great comforter and pillows and really amazing sheets. Clean room, clean bathroom. I had a room with a private bathroom, but there are shared bathroom options for budget travelers. The hotel has lots of nice nooks and...

Ive stayed here 2 times. Im a travelling dj, and late check out is a must for me, and there was no problem here. The rooms are different, but they feel very nice. The restaurant is great, and a welcome change to the usual bad food found in amsterdam.

Located a short bus ride away from the Amsterdam centeral station where the main tourist attractions are. The area is really quiet and peaceful seemingly a university area. The hotel also has atram stop on the back which is two stops from the centeral station. The staff are really helpful and wifi is free.

I was so happy this was off the beaten path, but easy to get to. Straight shot from the train station, and on a line that takes you straight to common amsterdam destinations. Much more residential neighborhood itself, but a few handouts around. The rooms are strange, each ones different.... Ours was fun for a few days, but I wouldn't...

We try to stay in interesting places when we travel, and Lloyds was definitely a unique stay. Our room was well designed and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly. The entire place had an air of design enthusiasm, and there were a number of places to comfortably settle in and read a magazine or get online with the hotel's...

This hotel is fabulous. It is set on a piece of land between Two canals and is an adaptive reuse of a building that once belonged to the Lloyd shipping line. The style is a perfect example of the Dutch neo-gothic industrial complete with Lloyd corporate artifacts. It embraces the full range  of accommodation from 1 to 5 stars, with...

This is the most unusual hotel I have ever stayed in! Our room was so campy. It looked like it was put together with orange legos. We were tired and jet lagged so the comfortable bed was great! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. It is close to the tram stop and we were off and running to the...

Great service, exceptional food, especially the oven fresh apple tart, unique setting and in walking distance to many cool places in Amsterdam. Two tram lines the 10 and the 24 take you to pretty much any destination in the center of Amsterdam. tram stations are only about 3 min. walking distance. We LOVED staying there, so keep it secret!

The nicest hotel in Amsterdam. Clean and stylish rooms, super nice staff, good food and a nice hotel bar. The beds are extremely large and comfortable. The hotel is next to the tram stop going to the city center. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone going to Amsterdam. It's not the cheapest but it is the nicest...
