The hotel itself was easy to locate although the train / metro system is a mental workout for anyone not familiar with Amsterdam!

This hotel is poor, have to share the restroom and its inconvenient,no elevator so it's really hard for us to bring all the luggage to the room.Hope they make a elevator in the future.Otherwise is good
Arrived att a coffee shop. You dont see that on the booking sites....right next to it is door to the hotel, reception up a floor.
The smell of smoke ilkegal in most countries would make any working environment controller go nuts!! Poor staff.
