We stayed at the Princess hostel in a 2 persons room for 2 nights. So far one of the nicest hostels I ever visited. The staff was friendly and helpful and our small room was clean and cozy with a nice view over the roofs! The walk from the hostel to the shopping street/city center is about 25 min, which...

Well overall the hostel was okay, a bit too expensive for a dirty and bad hostel. The bathrooms were discusting. Rooms were dirty and old. Staff was not nice. We spent one day and night without light in our room and it took too long to fix it. Good location, tram stops just meters away.

Was in a twin room {20}. This room is less than 6ft wide... You can touch opposite walls at the same time, but don't stand up too straight else you'll hit your head on the 1980s 10 inch TV. Tiny sink, tiles fallen off. Mattress keeps falling off bed for both of us when turning over in bed. Beds end...

I loved my time at Princess Hostel in Amsterdam. Part of the reason I loved it so much was because the receptionists were so friendly, especially Marco, who made my friends and me feel at home. Marco's warmth and kindness captivated us, and made us want to return to Amsterdam ASAP, because we know we have a friend who cares...

Staff were ok, some a little bit slow with service than others, when we came into the room it was small and disappointing - no tv, weirdly / inconveniently placed plugs, tiny bin, sink was ok but made lots of noise and mess when used, soap provided but no towels and had to rent extras which was not okay, light...

I stayed for one night (January 2016) in this hostel. All and all, everything was quite right. Still though I have to mention few things. The value for money was great in fact. The dutch-style stairs are not quite comfortable and has nothing to do with the hostel but it should be mentioned though. The location was ok but difficult...

I managed to get into my room earlier than the 2.00 which was maybe the only good thing that happened while staying here. I was in room 17 which on the top floor! Up I go the flights of stairs and they was killer! Very step and was the dreading thing about coming "home". I walk into my room and...

It's not the best hostel I have ever stayed at, but it's also far from being the worst. The staff was friendly, and the room and the amenities were clean. As I arrived I was quite afraid this would be a party place with a very dirty bathroom, NOT AT ALL. They do charge extra for lockers, however my room...

1. Most expensive hostal i ever paid in the whole trip (48 € per night, per person) 2. They charged me 10 euros just for leaving my luggage during the afternoon after i checked out. 3.The rooms where small and not clean at all (I found an underware and some litter underneath the beds) 4. The staff was not friendly...
